The food here is fresh and delicious, service time was great, staff was friendly and attentive. Someone is always at the register, so being ignored or having to wait isn't an issue. This is a popular and crowded restaurant, wait times are to be expected when there's no parking spaces. I got here before the rush but while I was here it got busy.

This McDonald's has went down hill. They have rude people that work there. They do not train their employees. They are very rude every single time it's only a handful of them that isn't. And then when you asked him to do something the right way they want to catch an attitude with you. I used to come and get something everyday from them I stopped for a while and then I just started back and I want do it again i will find somewhere else even if i have to drive an hour away. Because this place isn't friendly they don't have good customer service. They're there for a paycheck and nothing more. But to the few that do actually care I feel sorry for them because the rest just bring them down because they don't care.we spend our hard earn money for them to just not care. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend to nobody

I had this realy good s'mores mc flury but the big mac was not good they some how burned the bread and the meat inside

Just ordered a McCrispy Chicken deluxe, they gave me spicy instead, tried to eat it anyway because I'm hungry, bun was burnt and chewy, lettuce was brown way to spicy for me, it was inedible.

I pulled in to a drive thru line that was all the way to the road. I sat there for 25 mins and the line never moved. I watched the people inside and no one inside ever received and food. For 25 mins they had 10+ cars in the drive thru and 10+ people inside and literally did not serve a single one of us at 7:00 pm on a Friday. Why? How are they that inept? Will never stop at this location again.

I would give less if I could. I waited 15 minutes at the counter to order and never got the opportunity because no one came to take my order. Very disappointed in McDonalds. Ray Kroc would be absolutely livid.
The employees are very rude and when you ask for things when your ordering and they don't ring it up and then you say you asked for something to be a certain way they try to make you feel stupid I asked for a Carmel mach.... with whipp crean did not get it and I order a Carmel Sunda and it was only feeled half way I will not be returning. So glad that the ones from home in kentucky are not like this.

I got the steak egg and cheese bagel. I ask for extra breakfast sauce an extra onion. They left off my cheese and breakfast sauce an put raw onions on it. If I’m paying for my food as high as it is I expect my food to be right. I’m to the point now y’all need to shut that damn place down.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They always make you pull over when going through the drive thru. My curbside mobile order took over 30 minutes. The fact this place is even allowed to do business is absolutely ridiculous.
