Ashville exit Jack's has got it all figured out. Outstanding breakfast new years day. Clean bathrooms, tables, counter tops. Employee hands were clean too. The place was packed and from the time I ordered I got my hot, accurate, delicious food in less than 5 minutes.

I love this Jacks! All the workers are so kind, and do their job! The atmosphere is clean, and professional. I really recommend coming by when you’re in Asheville. I’ve never had an order messed up, and the food is DELICIOUS! I really recommend.

Bathroom stays nasty, something always wrong with the food, got my order wrong after I watched the same biscuit of what I ordered go to everyone else and then I get what I DIDNT order after waiting 10 minutes for just a single biscuit.

Man running the register is a jerk. Charged me the wrong price as I eat a breakfast sandwich from here most days but no more. I will go elsewhere or go back to bringing something from home as I used to do. Jack's has lost my business.

We are big Jacks lovers and do not want to see this restaurant close. We dined in at the restaurant today. The score is 82 and the restaurant is filthy. There were dead flys in the window sills, filthy around the drink machine and cup dispenser on the counter the kitchen area was filthy the floors in lobby were very neglected. The bathrooms were filthy I cringed when using the facility. The clear windows behind the bar height seating were filthy and while we were there one of the workers came out and wiped them but they looked worse after the fact due to the rag she cleaned them with was already used and dirty. The tables were dirty and sticky we cleaned ourselves before sitting. The buns on all our burgers were stale we ordered cheeseburgers and paid to add lettuce and tomato but lettuce was gross and tomato slices were slimy. Please do better, we frequent Jacks family restaurants a lot and know this is not the standard for a Jack's. If I had of thought about it I would have taken photos to show.
