I am VERY dissatisfied with the service we received tonight. Everything was okay until the cashier handed us a milkshake holding it by the lid, which then caused it to spill all inside and outside of the driver door. The cashier then apologizes but begins laughing along with another coworker. She then tells us to pull up and they will bring a milkshake back out to us. After sitting in the parking lot trying to wipe ice cream off the side of the car door (it wasnt doing anything but making matters worse), and wiping it out of the inside I decided to go and ask for a refund, which they provided. While being inside another cashier had asked what happened, when explaining they replied with “our lids are just flimsy”. I then just decide to try and go to a car wash, after pulling out we noticed we were missing a drink. At this point i'm fed up so I didn’t return. Point being: this service was enough for me to not return again.

Tonight my fried chicken drumstick & thigh was EXTREMLY HOT!🔥 PEPPER HOT, not temperature. I have horrible reflux & can't even handle white pepper. I can't imagine giving a child wanting a drumstick one, burning their mouths! This has happened a few times before, sometimes its perfect, sometimes it's H🔥T!!! PLEASE be consistent with the recipe. KFC does.

I love Jack's menu! The food quality is good and not expensive at all. The only complaint I have is that the majority of the Jack's I have visited the employees do not keep the rest rooms clean.

Ashville exit Jack's has got it all figured out. Outstanding breakfast new years day. Clean bathrooms, tables, counter tops. Employee hands were clean too. The place was packed and from the time I ordered I got my hot, accurate, delicious food in less than 5 minutes.
I love this Jacks! All the workers are so kind, and do their job! The atmosphere is clean, and professional. I really recommend coming by when you’re in Asheville. I’ve never had an order messed up, and the food is DELICIOUS! I really recommend.

Bathroom stays nasty, something always wrong with the food, got my order wrong after I watched the same biscuit of what I ordered go to everyone else and then I get what I DIDNT order after waiting 10 minutes for just a single biscuit.
