My husband and I just received 2 of the sorriest excuses for a sandwich I have EVER paid for! He got the steak and cheese and it was skimpy on everything, but he said it tasted ok. I ordered a foot long tuna with (among other nearly non existent vegetables) spinach instead of lettuce. There were literally 4 baby spinach leaves on a whole foot long sandwich! Not enough tuna to even cover one side of the bread.....basically a mayo sandwich. Will not be back.

Store is usually dirty and I’ve seen employees not handling food properly/being unhygienic. The lettuce is always wilted and turning brown, but that issue is at every location not just this one. Jersey mikes and firehouse have no issue serving fresh, green lettuce so why does subway have such problems with it?? Def needs someone to come in and shape it up if they plan to stay open this time.

I placed an order through doordash on Saturday. The order was around $85 because I have a family of 5. The order was placed at 11am. and was supposed to be delivered around 12pm. Doordash couldn't find a dasher available, so it kept getting pushed further out. Around 1-1:30pm, I just canceled it because the food I'm sure had been sitting there at this point out in the open, and I wasn't about to feed my kids that. At 1:30 p.m., I placed a second order this time through the website. This order was a little different than the other. We added a pretzel and no drink. This order total came up to $89.83. We got a call from the subway asking about the order. I explained that I canceled the first order through doordash because it was placed at 11 am, and we didn't want the food that had been sitting out in the open for hours. She asked if I wanted the 2nd order. I said yes if it can be delivered. I explained that this order was different, and it had the addition of a pretzel no drink on this one. She then tells me that her manager says they will not remake the food because they already made it, and basically, we have to take it or nothing because they're out money because of this. While I understand this, I am the customer, that's not my problem. They need to take it up with doordash. I explained that this isn't even the same order. it's an entire different order. The manager wasn't understanding. She obviously lacks common sense and shouldn't be the manager anywhere. I told them that I wanted a refund and they said they couldn't refund me my money back. I had to take the food. When the door dasher arrived to pick up the food to deliver it, they refused to let her have it. So now Subway just stole my money and probably ate the contaminated food they were trying to serve me. I got two words for you scum bags BANK REVERSAL! I'll get my money back, you thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! COME TO STEELE SUBWAY AND ALLOW THEM CLOSE LIKE WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE! THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUISNESS!!!! I'll be word of mouthing about what was done to me. Because it's wrong to steal. You all are thieves! I'll be filing a police report as well because I have the entire conversation recorded.

The only reason im giving 5/5 stars is because Andrea is always very kind and helpful everytime we go in. But there is a manager there(or someone I assume to be a manager ) who is always sitting down or being rude to the workers by being passive aggressive sometimes. But today we go in and the manager is just playing on her phone instead of helping Andrea make our food. The only reason I’m writing this review is because it’s like this every single time we go there. I just feel like a manager is suppose to step in and help. But every-time we go it doesn’t seem like that.just feel like it should be made known Andrea goes above and beyond.

We took a paper coupon in for $12.99 buy one get one free sub and ended up paying $31.85. I have to say that I am dissatisfied with their services. We bought two chicken bacon ranch footlong Subs and before the lady started making the subs she gave us the choice between grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken. We also added a scoop of guacamole on each. Everything was going well until we questioned the price after noticing it being so high. We were told that we were charged extra for the bacon which actually should have come on the chicken bacon ranch sub. They charged us an extra additional charge for bacon when there was no extra bacon just a normal amount that goes on a chicken bacon ranch sub. Their apology was that their sub maker was brand new only there two weeks and failed to mention that the chicken bacon ranch comes with the rotisserie chicken only and if swapped they only have one button for the chicken bacon ranch and you get charged for the bacon as well. Not only are we eating our sandwiches but an $8 charge for bacon that should have come with the sandwich instead of the extra charge that they refused to refund.

I ordered a footling and received a burrito. If I wanted a burrito, I would have went to Taco Bell - that's their specialty.I wanted bread, not a tortilla.

Store is nasty. Some of the staff looks nasty as well. Manager has a buildup of yellow/orange on her teeth from not brushing them. Sick
