I love The Wing Box! It is a great place to go in Ashville since we live in Steele!! Today we ordered a decent sized meal to go during prime lunch time. The food was delicious and warm by the time my fiance came home. When we started to unbox our food we realized that our baked potato was missing its pork. The wings are fine -- the dining experience was pretty bad. However, this restaurant is brand new and I hope they will improve in that area with time and experience.Called in an order at 6pm, was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Sat at the restaurant until nearly 7:30pm when I finally received my order.For this restaurant to succeed, they need to do a few things:1) Set expectations with call-in orders.
