I love The Wing Box! It is a great place to go in Ashville since we live in Steele!! Today we ordered a decent sized meal to go during prime lunch time. The food was delicious and warm by the time my fiance came home. When we started to unbox our food we realized that our baked potato was missing its pork. I called The Wing Box looking to see if it was what I had ordered or if I could get a small refund for the missing pork. When they heard of what had happened, they IMMEDIATELY jumped to fix the problem with no questions asked! My fiance and I called it in so we could stay at home on our one day off. When I explained this to them and tried to find a solution, they took the initiative to make a completely new loaded bbq pork baked potato. More than that, they went above and beyond to drive it personally to my house to make it right. I have never experienced such amazing service and detail to make an order right for a customer! I am absolutely blown away by their devotion and care! We will definitely continue to support this restaurant as much as possible!

SENIORS BEWARE! They tried to take advantage of my grandma and overcharge her! Decent food but overpriced. $6 for a small bbq sandwich with no sides. No customer service really. Not constant with meals. Last time buns were toasted and now they weren't. Not a true bbq either. Would be better if it wasn't so high priced. Maybe charge $3.50-4 for the sandwich or $6 for it with fries and a drink. Sorry but it won't survive long with mediocre food and high prices. Won't be returning. Health rating is a 92 and they cook Walmart brand stuff.

I stopped by to try it out since it is a somewhat newer restaurant in the area. Decided to try out something basic and easy, wings and fries. The wings were okay at best, but the fries had no flavor or texture whatsoever. Very dry, and tasteless. I've had frozen fries in the bag from Walmart that tasted better. I was really disappointed. Hate to say it but this place will more than likely close down sooner than later. No bueno.
How do u serve Sunday DINNER but close at 4 …..where they do that at?!?
Not overpriced, food was great.!

I walked in and stood in front of the counter for several minutes. A black lady and a young white lady were standing there, but they didn’t acknowledge my presence. (A hello or hey we will be with you in a minute would have been nice.) A lady walked up, received her order, and said thank you. The black lady said uh huh. How about “you’re welcome”.My ribs were okay, on the small side and covered with a very sweet sauce.
Great food, great service, and close to home!!
Went in ordered wings for me, husband ordered salad with onion rings. $6.95 for onion rings. Waited around 30 minutes for food!! Food was cold - was shocked at onion rings!! Only 8 small rings in basket!!! We will never go back!!!

I called I could hear people talking and everything they would not say nothing back to me I called back several times and they left their phone off the hook what trash people how do you expect to run a business like that
Love the hospitality and the food is delicious!! We will definitely continue to eat here!
The wings are fine -- the dining experience was pretty bad. However, this restaurant is brand new and I hope they will improve in that area with time and experience.Called in an order at 6pm, was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Sat at the restaurant until nearly 7:30pm when I finally received my order. For this restaurant to succeed, they need to do a few things:1) Set expectations with call-in orders. If the wait time is an hour, tell people on the phone that. I heard them tell people 20-25 minutes several times when I'd been waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes. Tey People don't mind waiting as long as you set expectations.2) Use (and stick to) a numbered ticket system. Handwritten names and orders that get lost (and they got lost several times) are asking for trouble. Using a proper ticket system, there's no surprises on when orders can come out.3) Treat friends and family like any other customer. I saw quite a few orders go out to friends of the staff, that were put in after other waiting customers. The food itself was okay. It's hot wings. The sauces are standards with no surprises. It's fine. If the service was good, it'd be a small-town win.
Parking: Open parking in the strip-mall with Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General
