I usually only share bad experiences on reviews but I'm trying to change that and luckily Applebees gave great service tonight so they're my first positive review in a long while! My steak was cooked terribly tonight but our waitress Nicole and the manager Suzanne did everything in their power to make it right! I love the fact that they took my concerns seriously and were quick to remedy the issue. Thank you so much Nicole and a special thanks to the manager Suzanne!

Booths need to be trashed and get new ones. Padding is worn down. I sat in between 2 2X4s. Very uncomfortable. Place has a musty/moldy smell. Food was good. Service was great.

I don't usually leave 1 star reviews but this place is a joke. Came in with my family on a non-busy night. We stood at the host table for 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. With servers and hosts passing by us avoiding eye contact.Then we were sat at a table that wasn't wiped yet and had napkins and food all over the floor under the table. We then sat for another 10 minutes before I finally flagged down a staff member, who said our server will be right with us. Another 10 minutes passed, and we still had no idea who our server was... After realizing we've already been here 25 minutes and we still haven't even been asked what we want to drink yet....we got up and left. I worked in the industry, how does that even happen? Almost half an hour and we still haven't even met our server yet? I know they will reply back to this post like all the other negative posts apologizing, but let's be honest; this, nothing will be fixed. No one there cares. Just another corporate place who doesn't properly vet their hires

We're told 20 minute wait, was 50. Told we couldn't sit in the bar then watched 2 couples go sit in the bar without waiting. Didn't have Titos or Absolute vodka. No way to make an Irish coffee. No French dressing. Our waitress was awesome and tried very hard, she apologized many times and really worked hard.
Vegetarian options: The food was great. Took until after we got the salads to get out silverware. Seems they had to wash and dry them.

Walked over from the hotel on 3/21 at 8:30, they said it would be a half hour wait, took my name and number. It is now 10:06 we still have not received a text. Very disappointed and hungry 😞
