We waited about 30 minutes in line to order and once we got to the window and paid for our food they said could we pull around because they were out of fries so we did 20 minutes later still no food so I went in to see what the hold up was and they actually gave our order to someone else.i was waiting for them to prepaid my order once again with no sense of regency on my order I told them to just give me back my Money and we would go elsewhere.

Extremely slow, dirty interior, staff ignores you and forgets things like utensils and drinks then it takes forever just to get their attention again. Food was made but it took so long for them to plate it and give it to us that it was cold. About a half hour wait for cold fast food.

This place is not only the worst Arby's I've ever been to; it is the worst fast food places I've ever been, right beside the BK on Jefferson. They abhorrent slow, and get the order wrong every time just about. The food is good but if I see even 1 car in the drive thru, I find somewhere else to eat. Very poorly managed location. Very bad.

Came into store after figure out what I wanted for dinner.the drive thru was all around the restaurant so I went in and waited 25 minutes just to get my order taken.I waited another 15 minutes for my order.then cheese sticks where full of oil and no dipping sauce curly fries where not a full order and.cold the general manager fix my order and said he was sorry I felt sorry for the general my he was his best for having no help it was only him and two employees they did all they could the lady before me had a wrong order also.I wanted to go to the back and help but I couldn't it was a month before I came back after order was wrong the last visit but changed my mind I wanted to give y'all another chance wrong again but they did all they could I very proud of them for doing all they could I give the team a grade of At. it will be a while before I come back

Always nice and food was good Don’t know why people complain about restaurants not giving refunds from doordash and 3rd party services like comment below. Restaurants can NEVER give you a refund because their drawers will come up short. The amount you pays doesn’t go directly to the stores right away. You have a problem you have to go through the 3rd party .

My husband ordered doordash for us and we opened it to find my sandwich missing. We called the store, the manger told us it would "mess up his count" if he refunded my sandwich and remade it for our dasher to come back in get. Seeing how it was Arby's fault that the sandwich was left out, they should have remade it. Their count shouldn't be more important than their customers. Due to yes they messed up and it should be a learning experience instead of upsetting a customer. So my husband refunded his. I placed an order for JUST my sandwich. I had the dasher have the employees show them what was in the bag before they left the store (I shouldn't have to do that, I should be able to trust my city's store). If you make a mistake, own up to it and fix it. 🥹 My day was already bad and this made it worse.

Hubby stopped and grabbed food after work wasn’t all there and was not made right we had a plain chicken sandwich and it had mayo and lettuce on it , ordered a side of auju dipping sauce wasn’t there and this happens way too often you would think they would have someone check the food before handing it out to save on food cost and all the drama that comes with giving someone the wrong food .
