Wife and I decided to go to Arby's for lunch but their drink machine was broken. No drinks, no ice. Okay. Fair enough that happens but then they told me they have completely discontinued the three pepper sauce which was like the only reason for going to Arby's. Guess I won't eat Arby's anymore

Going through the drive through like I usually do, this time I was using a coupon that included 2 turnovers. I ordered and they said they were out of the turnovers, but she asked the manager for any substitute options. She came back and said the manager wasn’t going to substitute for anything. I clarified not even for some cheese sticks or extra fries or something she said no but I could wait 20 minutes if I wanted to still have the turnovers. So I got charged the same but didn’t get what was advertised or any alternative options. To be clear the lady at the register was incredibly nice and she did nothing wrong. She did as her manager instructed her to do.

The bread was so hard it hurt my mouth to eat it and the lettus was old looking normally have good service but for it to be only 1110 am u would think this would be fresh and good thumbs down to morning crew ..
I hardly ever leave reviews unless something is THAT bad....I have never had a worse meal at a fast food restaurant. The food was horrendous quality. Fries were completely hard and cold, apple turnover was completely smashed and not edible. Sandwiches with hardly any meat on them. $40 for a family meal and not one thing about the meal was good or positive. Will never be back unfortunately. This location definitely needs remediation and to be watched closer by some owner. And this is not the first time it's been bad.

Arby's got the meats! Great menu. Brisket is good. Gyros are great. French Dip is my Go To. Curly fries yummy

One of the best Arby's I've eaten at. I'm from IL, and the food is good there also but I think the one in Athens Alabama #05695 is better mainly because of the friendly staff, Laura is the best. Thank you Laura and the rest of the staff. 8/16/2025 5:57pm

We waited about 30 minutes in line to order and once we got to the window and paid for our food they said could we pull around because they were out of fries so we did 20 minutes later still no food so I went in to see what the hold up was and they actually gave our order to someone else.i was waiting for them to prepaid my order once again with no sense of regency on my order I told them to just give me back my Money and we would go elsewhere.
