I hate giving a bad review but I was surprised by our experience after reading so many good reviews, so I just wanted to give feedback to help get the place back to where it maybe used to be! First off, the lady who served us was very kind and deserves credit for that. Our disappointment was that the space was very dirty and bathrooms in bad shape despite no other customers being there, they were not able to give us any information on ingredients used in the shakes besides “protein and flavorings”, and then everyone in our party got food poisoning later that evening except the one person who did not get a shake there. Again, kind people, but a little extra intentionality could make it a much better experience!

I visited Athens Nutrition for the first time and wasn’t sure what to order. When I mentioned it was my first visit, I was handed a menu to browse. I asked one of the staff members for recommendations, but unfortunately, he simply responded that he makes his own drinks and did not offer any suggestions. Thankfully, some friendly customers stepped in to help me choose a drink, which was very thoughtful of them. The other staff member, however, was exceptionally friendly and efficient, preparing my drink quickly—and it turned out to be delicious. While I appreciated the warm atmosphere and the tasty drink, I believe the customer service experience could be improved. It would be helpful if staff were ready to assist new customers with recommendations, rather than relying on other patrons to provide guidance. I will definitely go back though, since their drinks were so delicious.

i was super excited to hear there was a healthy shake place like this in Athens! I came in and got 2 peanut butter oreo shakes. it did not taste like anything. The flavor was so weak. i really wanted to root for this place,but I'll stick with another place Madison that offers the same shakes. It was an expensive waste of money unfortunately. Maybe i just got poorly made ones today?
My go to place!! The ladies here are great! Excellent customer service! They are willing to answer any and all questions to help you find your perfect drink…. Highly recommend Athens Nutrition And the Beach Please ?

I went in just after 10 am on Sept. 18th. The 2 ladies working there were so sweet. I try to find the nutrition places everywhere we go. This one was by far the cleanest one. I got the September Specialty Tea. It was called Bells. It has pomegranate, blueberry and raspberry. It is SO G??D!! I also got a specialty shake. That one was Cousins Beach and has banana and pineapple. I'm not lying when I say I was just about drooling after tasting it.Again, SO G??D!!! I'm sad we won't be here but a couple of weeks but I know where I'll be until we leave.

When you spend $$$$for a speciality tea,you expect it to be a great tea,tea tasted like flavored water.Nice business, great atmosphere, customer service was ok did not over much help with menu said any tea can be a speciality tea.. not happy with tea.Did not have great selection of loaded teas,or speciality tea choices,or to go packets
