As a “regular” here I can attest to this chain of the restaurant being different. The food is better, yes I visit other stores due to travel and work. There seems to be more attention to details here. Ie: 1- my food is fresh and hot (even through the drive through) 2- lost of friendly greetings, smiles and clear voices when they graciously take my order over the drive through headset 3- clean dining room throughout

The food was so so. But, the young guy working the front counter was absolutely the sweetest. He offered us a drink while we waited for our order of 4 bo'berry biscuits and checked on us afterwards. Just really kind and that's so rare these days. I wish I had caught his name. The bo'berry biscuits were ? though. Ngl. It was on September 22nd around midday. So, somebody give that kid a gold star.

Stopped for dinner and the chicken wasn’t crunchy like we were hoping for. It was soggy like it got wet from steam or something. And old oil taste. The biscuits seemed old and flavorless, not buttery like other places we’ve been. Maybe if it were fresh it’d be good. The fries were the best though.

Went to see family and a coworker told me about the blueberry biscuits!! They are off the chain!! The chicken is too! The dirty rice " forget about it"!!! Good eating!, recommend and my family will be going back!

Absolutely the best fast food chain and best Bojangles location around. They have got the friendliest staff ! They are always eager to welcome you in, take your order, make it, serve it, the whole nine, haha. Just when you think customer service has totally gone to heck these people restore the hope !
