Every time I pick up a to-go order, I set an early pickup time because they always take longer to prepare it. I arrived 30 minutes after my pickup time, and it still wasn't ready. They have the worst service and are very slow. It is now 50 minutes after my pickup time and I'm still waiting.

First time take out at Buffalo Wild Wings, it was my first visit as well. The chicken was so over cooked the xtra xtra xtra crispy chicken was very distasteful and as a result I I felt disrespected just trying it, sure the restaurant was awesome inside and the team was very respectful but the order I received was not even edible as it was hard as a rock!

Slowest possible service. It took 25 minutes for a to go order when there were 0 tables with guests, and only a few people at the bar. All I ordered was 6 wings.
I would not recommend getting a to go order from here.

We went for game night even called to check and the guy didn't show up. The waitress was friendly quickly getting the beers and the food out to us and even change the television for the guys

Couldn’t even get seated- the place wasn’t busy, they only had people sitting in the middle of the restaurant, all the other tables were empty. Staff looked at us like we had four heads when they did look in our direction, but never really acknowledged us or came anywhere near the front of the restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes and watched two other people leave after standing at the host station with no one acknowledging them, either.

I ordered delivery from here tonight, and it was all cold and disappointing. The side of fries that I paid $5.29 was so small, it looked like a child’s portion. I also didn’t get the side of sauce that I paid for. So overpriced for crappy food. Thank you for wasting my money, I’ll never order delivery from here again, and I’ll make sure no one else does either.

I came all the way from Birmingham to take My Mom out for girls night. we went here took 20 minutes to get a drink then we finally got it. Had to send it back because it wasn’t made right then the food comes out. Had to send my potato wedges back because they were so hard and burnt. We got the boneless wings and they were so hard you couldn’t eat them. I talk to the manager. All she did was apologize. We got no discount so we took all of our food home will never go here again! they were not even packed! Very slow and the food was bad. Little to say the girls We’re standing in the water area, taking photos of each other and selfies
Just don't do it. Don't order from this location. Every single time our order is wrong. They always leave parts of our order out. No exaggeration, every time we've ever ordered food from this location (4+ times) our order was incomplete/wrong. The food that is correct is mediocre to bad. The boneless wings are fried to rocks. Lesson learned, won't be ordering from this location again.

Killed a roach that ran across the table. Showed it to the girl at the take-out desk. She didn't care. They acted like it was normal. No management came by to talk about why there were roaches running around. Never going back there again!!!
