Terrible. For this place to be new, The service is unbearably awful. It baffles me that a Manager and server do not know how to do their job. Including giving me the wrong receipt with a cheaper price than what my card was charged. Was told she gave me the wrong receipt and she was sorry. Will not be going back and I BEG you to do the same.

poor service. we have a party of 8 and we didn’t get our food until an hour and 7 min later. a person part of our group got his food before everyone else which was pretty much a sampler. we watched others come after us and receive their food before us. Haley was our server and did a terrible job. She didn’t inform us on anything about our food. Only time she came by was to give us a refill. Other than that , she was doing other things and she only had two tables. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone. The manager was no help at all. It was the cliche “ I’m sorry this happened to you “ blah blah blah . She needs to hold her employees accountable for tending to customers. I understand gratuity is already added for a party , but in this case Haley should only received $1.

Don't eat here if you don't want to be discriminated against came in to get dinner the guy set me told me my server will be right over nobody came over to the table. Nobody said anything to me waited 20 minutes everybody made eye contact with me, but nobody came over to take my order. The manager Haley walked right past me went over to the white guy.Was talking to him seeing that I was in distress.Nobody said anything to me the other waiter. looked at me but went out of his way not to acknowledge me as did the other waiters had to get up and ask somebody to place my order but when the white customers came in after and before me, they were immediately acknowledge and greeted with a warm welcome and greeted with a warm welcome after the manager walked by at least 20 times I stopped her and asked her. Can you please take my order food came out 20 minutes later And I had. Old fries that've been sitting in the window. After all that time thinking I was gonna get some fresh foodAnd I had. Arrived at 3:47, no employee was available to seat us till 3:57. Seated and waited on in about 5 minutes table was dirty had not been wiped down and we placed our order of 4 meals and an appetizer. Not busy at all; only about 5 to six customers seated at bar, our party was first table to be seated after 4 o’clock. Two couples were seated and a group of 8 around 4:30 and we finally got our appetizer. Another couple and table of 4 seated. One couple got appetizer and another got their meal after 4:57, the other couple got their meal. We caught our waiter and said it had been an hour. Finally we were served our meals over an hour later and same time the last couple got their meal along with the table of 4. Small portions of chicken dippers and wings. French fries were cold, yuck! Never again

I'm just looking at some of the reviews before I leave one. Man with all the bad reviews you would think management would do something about this.Every review you look at, they talk about nasty tables and the bad service,also the lonnnng waiting time. They might as well just shut the doors, never going there again.
Went to watch the Alabama game last night and the wait was horrible, the hostess was never at the stand. Many tables dirt with nobody there to clean them. Multiple families walked out. Will never visit this establishment ever again. I suggest anyone else to goto Mac’s sports grill and steakhouse. Much better food, and service. Plus is cheaper!

Close to an hour wait, ended up walking out. Everybody was walking out from the wait at their own tables, tables were dirty and not being cleaned. Was excited to eat at a sports bar to watch the Alabama game but ended up giving another sports bar my money.
