We went for dinner and the service was not the best. The food was good, but my son ordered a mango peach lemonade,(a limited time special drink) and the lady just poured it out of a cup and then when we received it it had a small fly in it. Honestly do better a bit Burger King.

If I could give them no stars I definitely would. I sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to get to the window and get charged 35 bucks when my order was 12 so I noticed it before I drove off. The manager refunded it back and gave me cash. I started to drive off and realized she shorted me money so I gladly walk up to the window just to have an argument with her that she couldn't count right. I got my money than realized after I got bk in my car they still had my debit card. Another trip bk to the window just to get that. I promise you we'll never be bk at that nasty place again. It needs to be shut down in my opinion.

I was waiting at the drive thru for 20 mins and noone would anwser the speaker and the lobby was locked and i drive past the windows and there all just standing by the window on the phone…

I spent 15 min in drive through over 5 at window just to have a woman open window to ask can she help me. I repeated my order to be told to pull forward and quit blocking her drive through I said no just cancel my order ill go where I can get some service! She then got really rude said I'm sorry but I can't have you holding up my line it affects my drive through time. I told her I could see how sorry she was. Went across the street to Hardee's and was through in less than 5 min.

3 times threw the drive thru and asked for no tomatoes and everytime I got tomatoes can they understand English or has the meaning of the word NO changed never going back
Me and my son stopped by for a quick lunch the staff was very friendly and helpful I was having trouble getting my phone to work so I could unlock my card to pay staff was patient and friendly during this ordeal will definitely return again

We did not eat here, but have noticed for a while that the AMERICAN FLAG is ragged and tore and NEEDS replacing! As an American company who tries to keep their business fresh, you would think they would keep the Flag updated as well!!
