Wow! This place has really gotten expensive!! Bought dinner here for my daughter and it was almost 23.00 for my teenager! The drive thru intercom was broken and difficult to understand so there was the typical drive thru misunderstanding right of the bat with ordering. We tried to order the melt that was displayed on the menu and were told they no longer have those available so that was disappointment. People... don't advertise things if you can't provide them! So anyway, after probably won't be back... too fed up with service and cost.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the treatment from this location. 5:20pm I pulled into the parking with cars wrapped around the building. I get to the window at 5:55pm after placing my order. I get to the window and I’m told that they no longer accept gift cards at the window!! WTH? The doors are locked so I can’t go inside. The staff was disrespectful and unapologetic for my inconvenience!! Close this location!! Nasty,rude,unprofessional!!

Pretty horrible service I never review but this time just didn’t sit right if you want to eat somewhere not here I was in the drive thru about at the the line about 30 min for 2 cars and when I get up to pay she takes forever to hand my card back and stares at her phone about 5 min- 8 for the transaction and couldn’t get my large order about 15 for 2 burgers and 2 large fries and I asked 5 French toast only gave me 3 and my burger isn’t even covered right has all the condiments to the side and couldn’t even Remember I had another drink and had a attitude when I asked for it. AFTER ALL THEY WERE TO FOCUSED ON THEIR PHONES.
Every single time I come here the dinning room closed and the take forever to take orders from the drive through.

I live in walking distance to this location. I wasn't even there 30mins. We'll I went to the restroom and my husband walked outside and the worker(girl) said it's about damn time they left hell.I guess she forgot seeing me walk past her. She probably on something.Talking loud the whole time we was inside cussing and other conversations you shouldn't let customers hear.i could write a book of complaints about this visit. Also it's storming outside so we got soaked walking home. I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning to higher up management. They all need to be replaced.maybe it would have customers like every other restaurant Sunday is a busy day most places. This is for Jefferson St location.

And some young boy just got a tattoo and was messing with it while working which is not sanitary. O and someone please buy them a new speaker !
