0 stars. first time. literally the worst bk ive ever been to. these are some of the rudest and most miserable people i have ever encountered. we came about 7ish and i was really craving this. gray haired lady with missing teeth dumped my fries upside down in the bag right in front of us FOR NO REASON? my husband asked for new fries bc that is unacceptable and i am pregnant and im not paying for someone to be that careless with my food. she got an attitude and was like “it wasn’t me” like be for real lady we just watched you do it. whole staff is rude and the old lady called my husband a slur for checking the bag before we pulled off. very unprofessional. refused to give us a receipt also. we waited 30 minutes in line too. what a waste and really ruined my night. garbage place.

Hands down, slowest drive-thru in the nation. 17 years straight. Order to pick up time under 35 minutes and you came on a good day! Straight up!

Elite level Burger King. No joke. Can be a little hit or miss but 95 percent of the time, the food is perfect. The staff is very friendly, I’ve never waited in line, and my food is always fresh, hot, and quickly ready (I usually don’t have my drink ready yet). They have one of those self choice soda machines with like 100 choices, which I like. It’s never too noisy or hot or cold or crowded if they mess up your order a tiny bit, they toss the entire order and prepare it all over again without asking. They really try. Fries are almost always perfect (sometimes they don’t have quite enough salt). But if you’re a Burger King junky like me, go get a whopper on a Sunday or Monday morning. The morning grill Guy is an artist. Better burgers than most upscale chains. They do put too much ketchup and mayo on so I just ask for the packets to do it myself. Really clean location with nice staff, great service, and they best double whopper and fries you can get.

Pulled up.to go through drive thru. They tell me they are out of mayonnaise and lettus. So I said my thoughts.and drove off and the general manager yelled at me and was very rude.very disappointing.

After sitting to order my food no one greeted me so I drive around 2 cars were in front of me so when I pulled up to the window the young man called out the order for the car behind me. I told him that we waited to order and no one came on and he applied well I can't take your order here at the window and I told him again that no one greeted me to take my order and he still refused to take my order. I will be calling corporate.

Worst place. After working a 14 hour shift, wanted something quick to eat, decided here. When I got back to my hotel, noticed that they completely forgot my hamburger I ordered. I know I should have checked it prior but shouldn’t have to if everyone was doing as they are supposed to be doing.

We came through the drive-thru. Our fries and sandwiches were cold. I also ordered pickles for my chicken sandwich and pickles were not on it and I was charged 10cents for them.I was sadly disappointed.
