Worst place. After working a 14 hour shift, wanted something quick to eat, decided here. When I got back to my hotel, noticed that they completely forgot my hamburger I ordered. I know I should have checked it prior but shouldn’t have to if everyone was doing as they are supposed to be doing.

We came through the drive-thru. Our fries and sandwiches were cold. I also ordered pickles for my chicken sandwich and pickles were not on it and I was charged 10cents for them.I was sadly disappointed.

Long wait timesRude staff mostly the managersGiving out food that will make you sick. Just ridiculous! Fire everyone and start brand new with people who care for there customers health! If you don't care to get people sick close the drive thru as well!

Service is very friendly, quick with the drive thru. The cheese on my whopper was melted and my fries were fresh, couldn’t ask for a better meal. The service was 10/10

Pros: I've been to this location during the day, and breakfast and lunch service is fine. Never really had a problem here when the sun is up. Despite this, I'm still giving it one star. (also, I'm looking at other recent reviews and apparently I'm not alone in thinking the drive through is horrible).Cons: DO NOT COME HERE AFTER DARK. Second shift is super slow and rude and whatever you do - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE TO THIS LOCATION.So here's the story: Yesterday I placed an order online for pickup. I go to the location and there's three cars ahead of me. I figured it won't be bad. After about 30 minutes, I get to the order screen. I tell them I'm here to pick up an online order under my name. They ask if it's door dash or an online order. So again, I tell them it's an online order and give my name. They tell me to pull around. The car in front of me is sitting there a long time. The worker at the window is chatting. I can barely hear, but I make out "Are you still drinking on the job?" I don't know if it's the window to the car or the car to the window saying this. We sit there 10 minutes and finally they pass out a bag and it's my turn. I get to the window and tell them my name and THEY TELL ME THEY GAVE THE ORDER TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME AND THE HAVE TO REMAKE IT! So I turn off my car and sit there watching single worker out of 4 people visible slowly assemble my order with the urgency of a sleepy tortoise while the other two stand around or lazily clean the dining area that no customers every go into (as per the sign on the door that it's closed). It takes ANOTHER 10 minutes to make the order. It's 4 wraps and 2 whoppers, nothing custom. They eventually try to lazily (or clumsily) hand me the bag and it nearly drops between the car and the building. Keep in mind this story begins about 10pm but takes until 11:15 to finish.Next day my girlfriend wants some wraps. They're not bad. I order them online and figure it's fine because it's much earlier. I got to the location and there was a long line all the way to the entrance to the parking lot - maybe 7 cars. I've already placed my order so I'm forced to wait. It takes nearly an hour to get to the order screen and I'm told to hold. Another ten minutes goes by. Finally, they take the order and I tell them that I'm here to pickup an online order under and give my name. They ask "Is this door dash, or an online order?" Again, I tell them it's an online order and give my name. They ask "What's the name on the order?" Third time I give them my name. "Do you have an order number?" I give them the order number. "I can't find it on my screen, oh wait, is it under (my name)? Order 22?" Again, for the fourth time, I give them the information. Then they say "Oh we can't do wraps we're all out. I can't make the order." To which I reply "Well it's a good thing I waited in line for an hour." To which they reply "You waited in line for an hour because I had two big orders ahead of you and had to bag them myself. SO DON'T GET SNIPPY WITH ME." Seriously? It's not my fault the place is mismanaged on their inventory and full of slow, incompetent workers. So I ask for a refund. They say "I don't know how to do that for online. Hold on while I call my district manager." Then I wait another 10 minutes with silence at which point I drove away and decided to handle this in the morning when someone competent is there.Moral of the story: Don't order here after lunch and don't order here using the online ordering system.

We are never ones to leave bad reviews for fast food restaurants or complain about the service from them but after a collection of times coming by this restaurant it feels necessary. Time after time I’ve had to spend nearly the entirety of a hour long lunch break waiting for an online order and no one would even be in there. There’s also been a time where one of the employees friends would show up and they would quickly make their food and talk with them before addressing the people standing in the line. I watched an older gentleman stand at the counter trying to get more sauce packets but all the employees would glance at him and hide. He eventually gave up and went back to eating his food. Today I decided to go back after a month or two to see if it’s gotten better but I was given the incorrect food. When going back to say that the burger was supposed to be plain, someone on the intercom said (with an attitude) “I made that order it’s right.. but I’ll make it again”. Look at the picture and tell me that’s plain haha. We just kinda said okay and gave them the other burger and got the new one. I’ve not made a review because I’ve felt bad for the employees maybe it’s poor management and/or maybe the employees are taking their day to day frustration out on us. Either way not a single person I’ve interacted with or observed while waiting on my food has appeared that they wanted to be there or care to address/assist customers. I stopped eating at Burger King because of the poor experiences from this location but it seems every time I try to give it a chance it’s just worse and worse. It’s also suspicious that there’s no reviews for this location yet it’s been here for a long time. I’m sure people have left reviews and I’m sure they haven’t been good.

As I sit here in the car studying and enjoying(not really) my wait. I'm rather perplexed as to why it has now been 1hr 36 mins of waiting. Now as I have made it to the order screen, I'm told that door dash currently has the priority and that it will be a few mins before I can even place my order. How much longer will I need to wait? Seems like there has been a rather big and egregious error in the management of this place. I will update accordingly should ever have an the ability to order. As for now back to chapter 13....24 mins later, I finally get to order and make my way to the window. It's rather curious, that if they are this busy with door dash orders, why then is someone sitting down and also not wearing kitchen shoes. Lol, not even mad. Get your relaxed paycheck on. Still waiting, on to chapter 14......

If you like cold/stale/burnt breakfast food in the morning, this is the Burger King for you! I tried to give them a second chance and came back again the next day but again the hash browns were cold, And even worse this time they were burnt like they had been sitting in the grease for too long and they tasted really bad. The ice coffee was all cream no coffee. The croissant sandwich was decent but nothing to write home about. For $7 a pop, I would expect that my hash brows at least be warm instead of cold and burnt at the same time.

I decided to give them another go but yeah its a no for me. Sat in line for about 6min and then got to speaker. Greeted with the ole "Please give us a moment." That moment turned to about 20min and 2 cars behind me pulled off. I was getting ready to pull off when they finally took my order. Waiting on my order, I heard them in the back asking what the order was. I finally got my order and it turns out they not only got it wrong, it was cold and fries were stale. It was a good thing I asked for my reciept because the handler looked at me like they knew it was wrong. So I made sure to check it afterwards. Luckily, the manager was nice enough to give me a full refund. I know they are having employee issues but if they stop the line for so long, they should be able to get the orders right and fresh. For that, I give them 1 star.
