Horrible experience! Placed an order for 2 dinners to go and a make-up order of 6 shrimp they owed me from the last time I ate there. Not busy at all...Rude person in back. You could hear his fussing through the window where they hand the food to the front.. Took 45 minutes to finally get food.. Get all the way home and have a bazillion sauces.. honey mustard.. vinegar.. cocktail.. NO TARTAR SAUCE. Will NOT be back!

Got carryout. Fish was 1st rate. Fries had seen better days, they were obviously reheated and not good at all. Last 2 times the cold slaw was warm and had a very off taste. Think I'll take a break from Captain D's for a while.
Since you offer online ordering, you should check your online order system. When someone orders online, they pay before they pickup. Online ordering is used for convenience. When you do not check it, you inconvenient me. I have to go to the back of the line and prove to you that I even placed the order.

The only negative part of my experience was a long wait in the drive thru line. The food was spectacular and I highly recommend the lobster bites. They are crunchy, buttery and should be a permanent item on the menu, year around. I got a four piece fish dinner with fried okra and macaroni and cheese. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sides were fantastic. The hush puppies were moist and hot. Paired them with a large sweet tea and I had a marvelous dinner.
The staff was super kind and very attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant and it definitely helped quell my seafood craving. I would give it a ten star rating if that was possible. Enjoy!

Theyre usually pretty good but they have a lot of different people working lately who are terrible. If your customer places an order and it is wrong, dont argue it, fix it; do it right the first time. The kitchen manager came out and told me I didnt know what I was talking about, as if I hadnt been coming every week for the past 20years.
This WAS the best location anywhere. Whoever is working here now is destroying your reputation.
