Okay I hate to be this way but this is the second time I’ve gotten chicken minis that were barely cooked- I know people make mistakes but they were not good yesterday at all.
The service was great of course and it always is- but the minis were pretty bad. :(

I don’t like doing this because Chick fil a is my ONLY choice for fast food and I am always happy with the customer service, cleanliness and quality. Although my husband and I have been noticing that the salad containers were smaller and the ingredients were less than normal, we still enjoy them at least twice a month. Tonight however was more disappointing. The container was exactly HALF full. It’s only lettuce with very few strips of chicken. The only other toppings are canned black beans and corn (very cheap) and 4 cherry tomatoes. If I had picked out the beans and corn I’m sure there was no more than a teaspoon of each. NOT OK. !! I used to divide the salad and get two meals for under $7:00. Now for over $10.00 I have to add toppings from my fridge to have enough for one. My husband has already given up on the salads and now I may also.

We went early to get breakfast in the drive thru. We wanted 4 orders of the 4 count mini meals with apple juices along with a couple breakfast sandwich meals. The girl taking our order didnt understand we wanted 4 orders of the minis. She got the order wrong, when we got to the window we had to clarify what we wanted, we also said specifically we wanted the meals. She didnt ring them in as meals and when we got our food we were missing the hash browns we had to get out of the car and pay for the hash browns separately. I then opened up my breakfast sandwich and it was missing the egg and cheese. We then had to get out of the car Again to get a new breakfast sandwich. We get back to the car I open the sandwich and it's cold. Not even luke warm. At this point we really just had to get on the road. Super disappointed. Definitely the worst experience and food we have had at any chick fil a.
Every time I visit this store the staff is super attentive, the order is always correct-how does that happen? They always deliver promptly with the utmost curiosity- I wish this staff was in my kitchen 😂

The service, like most all Chick-Fil-A’s I have ever been to, definitely sets the standard for friendliness and efficiency. Even though there are frequently long drive through lines, they are handled quickly and I can’t remember one time they have ever missed anything on any of my orders. The store itself is equally impressive as it is always kept clean and well maintained, including the restrooms.

went thru this morning for breakfast…. service was great and very fast. but when i went to pay the lady at the drive thru asking me could i leave my charge as a “tip”. i understand times are hard but thats not very professional at all.. doing that makes people feel obligated to leave it. if it’s offered then that’s understandable but asking for a tip i do not agree with and someone should definitely explain to her that she should not do that.
