I went into the drive thru, and got amazing service as always. When my bag of food was brought out to me, it had this drawn on it. It made a very much needed smile cross my face. To whoever drew that, Thank you! I needed that! This Chic-Fil-A has ALWAYS had amazing customer service and food. They are doing an amazing job!❤️🐄
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich no pickle. I got a regular chicken sandwich, no pickle, with a slice of cheese on it. Weird. I didn't have time to come back, but I was definitely disappointed... As I am sure the person who got my spicy was. There weren't even many people in the d rive thru lane.

Normal drive-thru experience. Unfortunately, didn't get to eating the sandwich until getting on I-65, otherwise I would have turned around and handed it back to them. Waffle fries were good, but the sandwich had something extra on the bun. I carefully pulled it off the top of the bun (it was actually stuck to it pretty good), and placed it on a napkin. Took a picture, then pulled the chicken out of the bun. Nothing stuck to the chicken, so I ate it without the bun - I was hungry. Upon closer inspection of the picture, looks like a giant gnat or small sewer fly. Dead, of course. Not the protein I was looking for. Not sure how that could have happened without someone boxing up the sandwich seeing it, which makes me want to avoid this place going forward. The rest of the staff may care about what they're doing. But someone putting the meals together obviously didn't. That's one too many. Sign of the times? Check your food before consuming (if you're not into eating bugs).
