Croissant was so old and tough I couldn't eat it. Last week my change was $12. The girl let the $10 bill blow out of her hand and didn't offer to reimburse me. Could not find it. I eat there everyday almost and getting upset with quality of food.

Not clean at all! If I’m not mistaken the score is a 65 or 69 n the chicken don’t get clean! It comes straight out the box n into the oven

It was our first time there. They have a number of different varieties of chicken salad, either by itself, or in a salad, or in a sandwich. It was very, very good.

Went through drive through & ordered a sandwich, Olivia’s Old South. The lettuce was not just wilted it had green slimy stuff on it, the tomato had the core still in it. Please check your food before you drive away especially if you live a good distance from there. The broccoli salad was good, the chicken salad was ok. I was glad the lettuce didn’t make me sick, I didn’t notice how bad it was til after I had a couple bites.
This 1 star review has nothing to do with the food or staff. They are both great. This review has everything to do with the guy who I’m guessing is the GM or something like that. We went to eat a late lunch a few weeks ago and while we were eating we had to listen to this guy talking so loud in the middle of the restaurant about everything the employees are doing wrong and lecturing who I’m guessing is the manager. This should have been a private conversation in the back or while no customers are present. It was extremely unprofessional on his part. I didn’t need to know that chicken isn’t being thawed correctly in the sinks. I just wanted to enjoy my chicken salad. He ruined the experience because he was so loud we didn’t finish our food and just left. And felt bad for the people who worked there.

I dine at CSC quite frequently, and this is definitely my favorite location. The food is good, the service is great, but the PEOPLE are the BEST part of the experience. Kenzie was very friendly, she took my order and checked me out with ease. Her manager, Corey, was also astounding, helping me use my e-gift card. My visit was great, thanks to Kenzie & Corey. I will definitely be returning soon for more good food!

Food is good but tried two different ones on hwy 72 Athens and Madison and not pleased both yesterday no fruity Fran which happens a lot lately I say take it off menu it’s been a hit or miss on more occasions which has now deterred me from even waisting my time to go there. I will just make my own.
