This used to be on of our family’s favorite quick bite to eat. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing. Two weeks ago, we placed an order only to be told that the machine for melts was broken. No big deal, we thought. Last week, we placed another order, but the staff had to repeat it 4-5 times because they were too busy chatting/joking with each other. It was frustrating, especially since I was the only person in the store, and the tables looked like they had never been wiped. Despite these issues, I decided to give them another chance. Yesterday, we went to pick up a sandwich for a sick friend. We were the first in line at the drive-through, but after waiting for approximately 23 minutes, I had to knock on the window to find out what was going on. There was no response, so I called them while watching the staff talk to each other. Eventually, a young lady came to the window and said, “We’re training new people, so it takes longer.” There was no apology, just an explanation. I asked to speak to the manager, but still no sandwich. A more mature lady came to the window and repeated the same thing. I expressed my frustration, saying I didn’t appreciate having my day taken up for one sandwich just to train their staff. She closed the window without another word. When we finally received our order, the sandwich and sides looked like they had been thrown together by someone who didn’t care. I should have taken a picture. This place needs a complete overhaul—managers, staff, the whole works. Train your staff before you open and don’t use your customers as guinea pigs. The attitude and poor quality of the meal were unacceptable. This place was absolutely disgusting. I hope this helps convey your experience more clearly!

If you have not tried this restaurant...TRY IT! Always a great experience. Good food, great staff and very nice atmosphere. My husband's fav is Fruity Fran. My Fav is the Lemon Basil. For a smile, check out the restroom wall framed reading. Especially the mens restroom for you "Chick Magnets". ?

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time today. I chose the location in Athens, AL for convenience. I placed an online order on my way to work, picked it up, but when I got to work noticed that the 1 scoop of chicken salad was left off my order. I attempted multiple calls with no answer. I will not be visiting again, it was the not answering the phone after messing up my order that did it for me.

Love Chicken Salad Chick! Everyone at the Athens location is so nice. I’ve never had a bad experience. One lady in particular, I think her name is Amy, is the absolute sweetest. Great food obviously!
Out of broccoli salad 3 times in a row. I ask why they run out so much, was told “it’s in such high demand”. Either make more of it, or quit advertising it. I’ll go back to the Madison location.

We had a company meeting and ordered more than 24 hours ahead of time to ensure there was no problems. Uber for delivery dropped the ball and we didn't get our food. We went to the location and Jayla went out of her way to ensure everyone got their food and was very apologetic for another company's failure. We will definitely be back.
