There were two employees working the counter when we came in. One was neat and clean and changed his gloves like he was supposed to. The other was doing the pick up orders. He was slinging food from one pan to another, very sloppy, and never changed his gloves while we were there, even after touching screens or handing food to customer in the drive though.

I just enjoy giving credit to good customer service and all the gentlemen working tonight were friendly and kind, such a stark difference from the chipotle in Nashville at home. A nice newer location as well.

I wanted to stop by and give a huge shout out to SAM!!! He is the manager and this Chipotle, Athens location. The service he provides is top notch and deserves all the recognition. It is an experience and just goes to show (customer) service is EVERYTHING ❣️❣️ He doesn't just provide exceptional service, he goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and satisfied. I would go out of my way to make it to this location just for the vibes!

Pretty cheap, friendly service, the place was a little dirty both times I've visited. Love the taste regaurdles. I'm very happy they let me sample a bit of the meats before picking

Parking: Helpful service, I was confused a bout soke stuff but they helped me with ordering.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff , and only the tall chairs I loved as a kid.

I honestly don’t even wanna give this place a 1 star I got a bowl today and my bean and rice was literally over cooked my rice was so hard it literally made me gag . Wont be back
Was good and quick for dinner take out, ordered chips with the take out but they weren’t put in with the order. Place could have been a bit cleaner, but wasn’t bad, just not up to expectations for this chain.

Not a great experience at all. Came for dinner at 7 PM and they were out of all meats, both kinds of rice and both kinds of beans. The employees made it seem like a major inconvenience to go prep my order at the mobile takeout area where they did have ingredients.

We typically frequent this establishment on Sunday evenings. We’ve had good food and service those time with one particular gentleman (chipper young man with a red beard). Tonight, we walk in at 8:00pm. I make eye contact with one young guy, he’s at a table in the kitchen area, he doesn’t speak. He then walks around the side wall and we don’t see anyone, the phone is ringing off the hook and still no one. I give an audible “hello” (in a friendly tone), he walks up to the soup, again never speaking, gets a cup of soup and walks off. Another person comes from the area he left (dish area), walks right by us and NEVER says a word. At this point, I’m guessing 3-5 minutes have passed. The utter disrespect and unprofessionalism was horrible we left. Not to mention the preparation area on the tables was disgusting.
