The food would be a 5 star if only they ever fully cooked their rice.The rice is never cooked fully. If you want harder than al dente rice, this is definitely the place to go.

I have gone to chipotle for years and was so excited for the Florence location to open. I know it's new but they forget my chips every time when I order in the app, and it's not cheap for a college kid. This has happened a few times so I always check and have to ask for them at the window now. And now they've been getting my orders wrong completely.

I'm not sure what's going on with the workers but they have the worst customer service and attitude I've ever had. If you order online they will most likely get your order wrong. The GM of the store needs to do something because the fact they either ignore you or don't speak at all really put me off ordering again. They seem like they hate working there

I like Chipotle as an option so here's my honest critique. Tables were clean and health score was good. Bathrooms were filthy and I waited a good while before bing served even though there was no line and 7 or more employees in the kitchen. While waiting, I noticed the food looking tired and drying out. Probably from waiting for someone to serve it. It tasted alright so two stars it is.

This was my first time eating from this restaurant and it’s good for the food. Nothing wrong with their employees but it just didn’t have that good vibe like a good restaurant. Very dull, quiet and plain. If that’s what you like then this place is perfect for you. Now, the burritos ARE HUGE in size and flavor. Plus I like that they are not pre maid and are made to order right in front of you. Give the food a 4, but atmosphere and service a 3

First time coming to Chipotle and it was a pleasant experience. Food was amazing, great flavor with the carne asada. Got to pick how much of what I wanted in the bowl. Generous portions. Tho pricey, will come again.Other than restroom needing attention, place was clean.

I was honestly a little bit nervous try this location because of the reviews, but everything was great! I did a mobile order and they had my food ready early, service was great, and everything was correct. Will definitely be back!!

I had the taste for a veggie bowl so I stopped at the Athens, AL location.My only issue was there were flies hoovering around the pans of food , even landing on the side of the pan and as the guy was fixing mine,I mentioned it and he simply fanned them away .. ?... close the top until a customer comes, if you can't control the flies.Im sure the customers won't mind
