We waited over an hour for our food. It came out in two parts. Food wasn’t prepared the way some requested and other food wasn’t available by the time it was delivered. When we asked to talk to the manager she didn’t take any of the food off the bill.

Always good food but it was a very bad decision to discontinue carrying thousand island dressing for salads. Several of the wait staff confided that lots of customers ask for it. Lots of people dont like ranch or italian. A sure sign the management at CrackerBarrel doesn't care about the customer they way they should.

Worse food I’ve had in a LONG time. I’ve spoke to several families tonight that eat and all have said it was the worse they’ve had . Cold sides and overcooked chicken. Soggy cucumbers on the salad to start.

I placed a to go order in the Cracker Barrel app 45 minutes prior to my arrival time. Showed up 5 minutes prior to pick up time and checked in via the app. Food was never brought out after 15 total minutes of waiting I went inside. I am a disabled veteran and to go was to prevent me from having to get out of the car. Food was inside sitting on the shelf. Was told no one was working to go orders. I asked to speak to the manager and she showed up 5 minutes later. Again me having to wait again. I told her that I wanted to address an issue with my to go order and she was not listening becasue after I told her she again asked me what was it that I was trying to address to her.
I asked for a refund since the food was cold and I gave a tip and didn’t feel I had received quality service.
I will like my money refunded and she said she would not at the time. I took the food becasue I had paid and she was not willing to help.
