This was such a cool find! The place is clean and the staff are polite. It was only one waitress when we dined but she was handling things well and with a smile. I was there for work with 4 colleagues and we ALL enjoyed our time there. Everything each of us ordered was outstanding! That was the best fried shrimp (butterfly) I’ve ever had- soft and fried to perfection! The grilled snapper was really really good! And the place was inexpensive! Will certainly come back when I’m in town for work again!

Staff is always friendly but the food is awful. I have gotten sick twice and kept coming back because of the wait staff and pricing but at a certain point I KNOW it was the food that was bad... I also placed my order with a group of 3 the other two meals came out and I had to waved down my waiter and they never even put my meal in. By the time it came out everyone was done eating. To be clear I was the first person in our group of 3 to tell the waiter my order... I wanted so badly to like this place and now you won't catch me back here again.

I'm from TN me and my aunt were going to Alabama to visit family and was driving through and we wanted seafood so we found this place online so we stopped and tried it, Absolutely wonder place! I'll definitely be back the ambiance was beautiful and the service was terrific me and my aunt both ordered a bunch of food including a dozen fried oysters to share, me and her both agreed they were the best fried oysters both of us ever had and were both big foodies they were tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside just incredible. We found our new favorite sea food restaurant..

Not only did they have VERY LIMITED seafood selection at lunch, they have terrible service. Me and my family stood in line "waiting" on a table for over 1/2 an hour, meanwhile the restraint was less than 1/2 capacity. Everything we tried to order was out of stock, or "still making" paid over 100 bucks (the waitress was okay) for poor service and food. Will NOT be back.

Oh my gosh!! I just googled seafood restaurants in Athens and this was the first one that came up so we thought we’d try it! It won’t be our last time! Our waitress, TAMMY, after finding out it was our first time to eat here, told us her top sellers and her favorites. The gumbo was delicious but the shrimp and grits was amazing!! So glad we found this hidden gem! It’s not a chain and the owner is the cook so it’s always the same!! Something pretty rare these days!!

Casual sit down full service restaurant in a small shopping strip mall. Very clean with nicely spaced tables and booths. Friendly attentive service from Adora. We enjoyed our meals including calamari, seafood gumbo, Shrimp Alfredo and six large fried shrimp. Sides included two crispy salads and grilled asparagus as options. Perfect sized portions, very good breading, and delicious food all around. An added bonus was the raspberry lemon drop martini ? Very reasonable prices for seafood.
I have eaten at Emirl Agassi’s in Disney years ago and it was great. Saying that I had the lamb chop special tonight and I ordered it the way the chef recommended with mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. It was better than what I had at Emril’s Hats off to the chef you hit a home run with me and I will come back.!!!!!!!!!.
