My husband was there today. Went inside to order and stood there for 10 minutes, while multiple employees walked pasted him and ignored him. No one even bothered to acknowledge him or just say someone will be with you soon. Very unprofessional! Not to mention they have gotten our order wrong several times in the past!

This place used to be 5 stars a few years ago. Fast forward to today: I ordered my drink online, and 5 minutes later, I walked in to find an employee on the phone behind the counter, who held up a finger to tell me to wait on her call.
12 minutes later, this employee starts making my drink while still on the phone. She said her name was Tatiana when I asked, since she wasn't wearing her name tag.
I definitely won't be back, even though they finally started carrying matcha again. I waited 12 minutes for a drink I ordered ahead of time in an empty store, where the only employee was on her phone scheduling some sort of appointment or interview. Severely unprofessional behavior on staff's part.

Cappuccino was warm not hot. Asked if they could make it hot. Staff said machine is at a certain temperature. I have ordered them before here and other locations. Never this cold. Almost $4 it should be hot!
How can you go wrong with Dunkin? The donuts are great, coffee is great and they are generally fast to get an order out.
Parking: Very few parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: What can be more friendly than donuts ?

The lady was being really judgemental and she would look in our face while we place order.. our food came out 10 minutes late and the atmosphere wasn't cozy more like chaotic and loud.

Haven’t been to this Dunkin since 7Brew opened, but realized I had money loaded on my app so I went to use that up. Did a mobile order, so I could customize my drink how I wanted it. When I pull up to the window the lid just says “mobile order?” No hi, how are you, etc. and I replied “yes!” Hands me the drink while continuing a conversation with someone else working. I said “thank you!” Still nothing. Then before driving away said “have a great day!” Still nothing. I at my drink and just knew it was wrong by the color, take one sip against my better judgement and it’s AWFUL! I have never in my life tasted something SO unbelievably sweet. So I drive back around and say that I just got my drink but believe it was made incorrectly and would like to have it remade if possible. The girl tells me it COULDN’T be wrong because SHE made it. I explained the excessive sweetness and wrong color, to which she replied they were currently having to make drinks differently since they were waiting on their truck? Which had literally left while I was sitting in line waiting (forever). Which makes no sense. So short version of the story, I had to wait forever, my drink was wrong, didn’t get remade, and I got attitude from not just one but two employees. I’ll be sticking to 7Brew from now on ?
