The food was as usual good ! When I went to check out one girl was leaned up against the counter zoned out in her phone trying to talk to the girl checking me out! other than that my experience was fine

Does someone need to call corporate and let them know that this store has completely run out of ingredients? We pretty much got 2 loaves of bread for 20 dollars….Or are the employees so damn lazy, they dont want to open ingredients that belong on a sandwich. It’s not rocket science. What I do is rocket science…These people can’t even put meat on a piece of bread right.

I love Firehouse in Athens, Alabama order is always right and the one time it wasn't they were great about correcting it.

Unbelievably on an order they ask me to round up for the first responders i gladly did went to pay $35 dollar and cashier never looked at me and said no 100 bills I said that all the cash I have the girl who later said I'm the manager said I don't care go next door and get change. If it would not of been for us making a special trip for Firehouse 13 miles from my home. I would have left Although I know it's not your employees making the decision how they handle it and themselves is thier decision. Where has good Ole fashion customer service gone

I ordered my husband a brisket and cheddar sub. Not knowing that it came with sauce on it.He likes his sandwiches with just meat and cheese I took it back and they made it again with no problem.
