Visited this n location on 6.15.25. The GM there is amazing! She walked in after I ordered and noticed how long I had been waiting for my order and asked her staff what was taking so long. They told her they were awaiting on chicken. She told them they needed to make my whole order again so it would be fresh. She apologized that it took longer than expected but no apology was needed. I appreciate her taking minute to see what was going on and using that as a teaching moment for them. I think they should send her to all restaurants sonshe can show them how to operate!
