Hit a pot hole in the drive through and and it caused me to rip my last $20 bill i had on me. They wouldn't except My money even after I taped it back together. Fix the potholes all in your drive thru. And I've never heard of a place not excepting U.S. currency over a tear.

The people who work here make me think IEP’s for the workplace should be a real thing. They are brain dead here. I ordered a fresco breakfast sandwich with no meat and there is one thin slice of egg on it and it is cold, cold unmelted cheese, but somehow the bread has been toasted but it’s cold and dry. It honestly looks like it was used yesterday. Also, the manager refuses to do anything but yell at customers for pointing out their food wasn’t made correctly. They are headed towards a lawsuit for making someone sick real fast. Get better management and have some expectations for how your employees should do their jobs.
My daughter ordered a biscuit to eat on the way to work. She was about halfway done when she looked at it and saw this. She then went back to attempt to get a refund. She was met with hostility and flat out refusal to rectify this situation. No refund was given. The "manager in training", per her name tag, told my daughter that they could not give a refund, and that she would have to contact corporate. My daughter was also told that this was NOT hair in the biscuit. Regardless if it was hair or not, there's something that obviously does not belong in a biscuit (See pictures). When my daughter questioned why this couldn't be handled right then, they threatened to call the cops. Take a look at the pictures and tell me why this is the product being sold at Hardee's. If this was on 1 biscuit, it was on others. I plan on making these pictures as public as I can.

I always get the hand breaded ckn tenders. Normally they are amazing, and cooked fresh. I never get sauce because of that. Tonight they really blew it. I think they had been cooked hours before. I was very disappointed. Play the window was very very friendly though. The service was fast I guess for obvious reasons. I'll definitely be back, but you got to do better, everyone works too hard for their money to give it up for something of that quality...

Awful. Both drinks were completely flat. Food was completely stale and cold. I was the only person in line. Now i see why. I was hoping after years of not coming back that something changed. It has not. After over a decade of poor service and quality, just tear it down so that someone with standards can move in.
