Glad someone had a good experience as far as service, young girl that took our order didn't put all of our order in the bag. She even had a bad attitude taking the order. I parked & went inside to get what was missing. Stood at the counter where you would order for 5 minutes & not 1 person behind that counter even acknowledged me. They all saw me with a to go bag & a receipt in my hand so they knew something was wrong. I finally asked if anyone was working the front counter. The drive thru lady came over & had the nerve to ask, 'What do you want?' I told her what was missing thinking she would make the order right. I then noticed her go right back to what she was doing. She didn't even tell anyone else to help me. I stood there a few more minutes & finally had to get another employee to come & make it right. It was like it was an inconvenience for anyone, especially the drive thru lady, to do their job, much less do it right. We finally got outta Jack's about 25 minutes later. They get paid decent money to do a job, it's just sad that most only do it half ass & all of Jack's employees that night was half assing their job. I will never go back to that Jack's. Poor excuse for service!

Store is very dirty. The staff are very friendly and the food was good. The store has a very off putting smell, the men’s restroom was filthy and unkept, and the floor tiles throughout the dining room were black and need a thorough cleaning.

Wonderful employees and managers. I prefer them to KFC any day!! Their mashed potatoes are better than KFC's!
The lady that took my order let somebody go in front of me that was behind me I don't know why and she just wouldn't being nice at all..she's an older lady I wish that it got her name I do not like to come in there and spend my just somebody that's just going to be rude to me

Terrible. I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers they messed up. They had to remake then because the ditz at the counter rushed and grabbed the wrong burgers. I also told him that I was dining in yet he gave me a bag to go. They messed up multiple orders in front of me too. The fries tasted hours old. After I told the counter guy "thank you", he said nothing in return and didn'toffer me my reciept. The women employees were fine, the problem was the guy working the front. I've gotten better service in Afghanistan than here.

Very good food, the burger was big, flavorful and worth the price. Commendations on the seasoning on the Burger patty and who doesn't like a hot crispy crinkle fry. The attendant at the window was helpful and courteous. Overall a great experience.
