Always love coming to this Jersey Mike’s in Athens! The crew is super friendly and quick, and the subs are always fresh and made just right. I usually get mine Mike’s Way and it hits every time.
The place stays clean, the service is fast even when it’s packed, and the food just tastes better than most other sub places. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a good sandwich.

I had a fantastic experience at Jersey Mike’s! The subs are always fresh and delicious, but what really made my visit stand out was the wonderful manager, Kimberly. She greeted everyone with a smile, ran the store like a pro, and made sure everything was clean and running smoothly. You can really tell she cares about her team and the customers. It’s rare to see that kind of leadership and genuine kindness these days. Big thanks to Kimberly and the crew for making this location a go-to spot for great food and even better service!

Waited over 30 minutes on one sandwich and the cook was touching raw meat and then the cheese & bread without changing his gloves. My sandwich also came on the wrong bread. The store wasn’t even busy so can’t imagine how bad it would be if they were.

Sandwiches were great. The younger girl was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. Almost canceled the order and walked out just as the other employee walked up and saved it with her kindness. If we do return and the shaved headed girl is still there we will turn around and eat somewhere else. It's to bad they didn't have name tags otherwise her name would be included.

Got there just after opening and the first thing I observed was a huge pile of freshly cooked bacon... That's all that really needs saying.. ok so maybe that's not true.. it's also right next to some boring coffee place called starbots or carbucks or whatever.
When you order on line and pickup on the shelf and get home and you don’t get what you order is very disappointing. Might need a quality check before you put it on the shelf for takeout

HORRIBLE customer service. Both ladies working at Hwy 31 location in Athens were plain rude. Our dental office ordered lunch & when we came to pick the orders up, both ladies refused to give us cups for our drinks. We’ve ordered here several times in the past, and will not be back. Very disappointed.
