When you order on line and pickup on the shelf and get home and you don’t get what you order is very disappointing. Might need a quality check before you put it on the shelf for takeout

Cant give more then 1 star for food cause my sandwich was one of the 2 they didn't put in my order of 6 so make sure you check your bag before you leave or you will go hungry

HORRIBLE customer service. Both ladies working at Hwy 31 location in Athens were plain rude. Our dental office ordered lunch & when we came to pick the orders up, both ladies refused to give us cups for our drinks. We’ve ordered here several times in the past, and will not be back. Very disappointed.

First and last time I will ever visit this location, walk in and staff just looking at you like why did I come there no hey how are you or nothing, finally gets notice and a may I help you, (me) well how are you I'm doing fine? I didn't feel welcomed at all, got the kids' meal, letting them know they could keep the cookie, but chips instead the worker tells me he was sorry but I couldn't swap the cookie for the chips I said no problem I still don't want the cookie but I would like the chips though. Proceeds with my total but no chips. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this location. Maybe a different location but definitely not Athens!
Parking: Not enough parking space but it's not worth going there anyways not so friendly!

Normally I love Jersey Mike’s but this location really lets you down. Bathrooms have no soap or towels and when I picked up my Philly cheesesteak, the bread felt really cold and it was barely filled. My order hadn’t even been started by the time I got there (which was after the estimated time) Not worth the money ?
