Sooo I placed a order and had called to ask if they could switch something for me and was told they had nothing only coleslaw and 4 pieces of chicken …it was 7 at night….im a dasher as well and this has happened on a few occasions with me delivering …think it’s time they get their crap together or close down! Almost every time I go they are out of something or they close at 6 and 7 at night!
We placed an order on kfc.com. received confirmation and a time when it would be ready. when arrived to pickup order the store was locked. Went to the drive thru and we were told they didn't have our order and they ran out of chicken at 8:15. we had order confirmation acceptance at 8:04. We were also told to place our complaint online. The complaint page doesn't list our store, or any store in AL. tried to call and corporate is closed except for Sunday-Tuesday.
