Drive thru experienc.I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and mashed potatoes. I paid extra for Mac and cheese, that I did not receive. I got 3 burned, dried out and un-eatable chicken strips. $13.89 for garbage.

Went through drive-thru once it opened in Athens Al off of HWY 72 and Jefferson St. No one responded so had to walk in to order. I watched the server in back serving mashed potatoes and gravy. No gloves were being used. The server had his bare thumb in the little dish holding it while he was pouring the gravy, and got it on his thumb. He then wiped his thumb on his apron and proceeded to do the same with other orders. Where are the gloves, and why isn’t he holding the dish in the palm of his hand? That’s just nasty!

Lobby was absolutely disgusting. We had to clean off our own table as not a single one had been wiped down recently. There was good under the tables on the floor and I actually slipped on an unmarked drink spillage on the floor. Employees were playing on phones so there was time to clean lobby.

Ordered chicken livers 2 large boxes for a family member I purchase 2 large boxes 3 days a week Monday's , Wednesdays, Friday's Makes his day Today I made my regular Friday's order Was out of large boxes Was placed in chicken pot pie boxes He asked why I ate half of his livers lol Was told they don't sale unsweet tea on weekdays . ?
Was great customer service 👏 Miss Ann ,asked sure wish they had chicken gizzards and hush puppies and hot sauce When I returned with the chicken 🐔 livers
