I’ve been going to Krystal’s for years, and I’ve never been this disappointed. I ordered two chili cheese fries, and when I pulled off and got ready to eat, I noticed the containers felt real light. I opened them up, and it was barely a handful of fries, hardly any chili, and no cheese at all. Just sad.
I went back through to let them know, and the woman at the window was instantly rude. She said they “haven’t had management in years” and that workers have been “giving out too much.” Seriously? That doesn’t explain why I barely had anything in my order to begin with.
Then she had the nerve to say we should’ve said we wanted extra chili and cheese, but I didn’t want extra. I wanted a normal portion that actually looked like chili cheese fries, not dry fries in a half-empty box.
This isn’t what I expect from a place I’ve supported for so long. Y’all have to do better. This kind of customer service and portion stinginess is exactly how loyal folks stop coming back. So make sure you ask for extra fries, chili and cheese if ordering a chili cheese fry..

It’s hot outside! It’s nice and cool in the dining room at Athens Krystal on 72! I had a craving and they always satisfy the delicious taste of a Krystal. I asked for some pickles on the side as I needed a hydration moment, they were kind to get me some. I forgot to say “spicy 🌶️ chick” but that’s ok my belly is happy! I have more grass to cut and errands to run. Everything was great, fast and temperatures were correct! Thanks Y’all!

I ordered a cinnamon roll when I bit into the treat a bit right on to a long string of hair truly disgusted me . Do better Krystal employees and PLEASE tie yall hair back away from the food .

Visited this location on 6.15.25 couldn't go inside as lobby was closed. One worker said I could use the drive up window as he sat on the table and vaped with his friends. Another car pulled up and they all go inside and lock the door behind them. Very unprofessional. I get your lobby is closed but it shouldn't be a hang out spot for friends and its not very appealing to customers to watch people vaping that are dealing with your food.

Drove 1 hour just to try them out after their remodel, employee was sitting on table top outside vaping while talking with friends while wearing his headset, told us doors were locked but drive through was open, we sat in our car for a few minutes and watched him and friends go back inside locking the door behind them, so very disappointed,

This Krystal's is fantastic during lunch on Wednesday May 28th 2025. The fast and hot food today was spot on, thank you Athens Al Krystal's! They clapped at the quick delivery, so I put my tray down and clapped with them! We need a better Krystal's back in Foley AL please????!!!

Wouldn’t know. Stopped by on Saturday May 17th, 2025 at 12:46pm and the doors are all locked. Wtf????? I have seen Krystal’s around but I’m from up north and have never had them before. Guess I dont get to try them today. I also can’t go through the drive thru I am walking from the hotel next door. I called The phone number and it directs you to a number that is disconnected…… Krystal’s loss today.
