I came to this place new to the area in Athens Alabama. The sciences open when I walked in the lady told me they were closed. But I just seen a man leave with to go order. Every time I come here they're closed I have been trying to stop by for several weeks they're closed or I guess you just didn't like the way I look. I'm saying that I will not be back and I will not recommend it.

This “hole in the wall” is worth going out of your way for! We stopped in early on our drive for breakfast, and the food did not disappoint. If you need a quick bite to eat, these people know what they are doing and will serve you up right. Do not pass these guys up!

Absolutely everything you want in a place like this. Staff is friendly. Food is delicious and the portions are huge especially for the price. Its VERY fast. The tamales are delicious but i love the breakfast burritos. Definitely try this place if you were considering it.

FINALLY got to try this place on a recent trip to Athens. My husband is a tamale fiend and said these were some of the best he’d ever eaten. They were so moist and fresh, with generous filling. The jalapeno and cheese ones were especially delicious. Both homemade salsas were super tasty as well.

I tried the breakfast torta with chorizo and eggs - it was HUGE for only $8!! Love how the chorizo was scrambled with the eggs, and all of the toppings went so well together.

Prices are very reasonable, service is super friendly (both ladies who helped us spoke perfect English), and the portions are hearty. The dining area is small and humble but very clean and welcoming.

One of the best meals we’ve had since moving to the area six years ago. Huge, fresh, amazingly flavorful and delicious breakfast burritos. We had beans, potatoes, eggs, and cheese, and to add to all of the goodness, I had steak, and my husband had chorizo. We are Texans, so we take Mexican food seriously, and this will be a go-to place (and meal) for us now! Super affordable, helpful and kind staff, and a great assortment of sodas and juices. Try the house-made salsa- so yummy! My husband ordered empanadas to go, and that made a lovely dinner for him since neither of us have been hungry since the gorgeous burrito experience!

A little "hole in the wall"-ish, but hey, some of the best food comes from places like that. The folks were very friendly and the two breakfast burritos I ordered were prepped quickly. Then there's the taste. I ordered 2 of their small steak, egg, and cheese burritos (wife had one). Tastewise, it was superb. Plus, portion-wise, it was hard to believe that was their small. The wife saved about half. I'd be highly interested in trying their other offerings. Will be back.
