the steak was aweful. No seasoning on it and it tasted like it was put in oven . wasn't worth 65.00 for my husband and I to eat .

Not bad. I mean…hot buttered buns…cold beer… not bad.

I wasn't going to review because it could have been an off night but I can't get this meal out of my mind. Wife ordered an 8oz, daughter a 6oz, and myself an 11oz steak. Daughters was cooked well, wife's steak along with mine was severely overcooked. Wife sent hers back and it came out blue raw. She decided not to try again and get it off the bill. I choked through my steak. My side was wrong so I couldnt eat that. Decided to order a cheesecake to try to save the meal but the strawberries put on it were pink, rotten, and tasted of alcohol... as if they had gone bad a week ago.

Bill comes and they've taken the 6oz steak off the bill instead of the 8oz along with one of the cheaper sides instesd of the correct one. Still stuck with the rotten cheesecake.

Last time we eat here. Place was not busy, 10 of us at front lobby waiting forever. Finally seated, server was very polite but food was a major disappointment. All of our steaks were overcooked and cold. We asked to speak to the Manager and she never came out to help us. One of the staff said her name was Angie. She's fired! Never again

The service started slow. We waited several minutes after being seated for our waitress. Finally, my husband stopped a waitress from another area because ours was taking so long getting to our table. That waitress was great. The food was also good.

Didn't bring us our food and won't answer the phone. We ordered in tonight because none of us wanted to get out of the house. 75 bucks felt a little pricey but worth not having to get out of our pajamas. We let my little sister get the bag from the delivery person and give the tip, only to find that all we got were rolls and a bunch of macaroni and cheese that we did not order. No steak, no potatoes, no salads. Because they won't answer the phone, my mother who doesn't see well at night, is driving up there to get our food. 👎👎

Okay first of all, food was DISGUSTING. Second of all waitress was RUDE. Our table wasn't clean at ALL! We asked for a well done steak, it was pink. Broccoli wasn't even steamed at all. Our table was dirty with stuff left from the people before us. Service was disrespectful. we asked for more rolls and we never said anything remotely close to what the waitress responded to us with. She said "keep the rolls away from you?" that is straight disrespect & body shaming. Absolutely worst place ever!!!!

My medium rare steak took 40 minutes and turned out well done. The recook was over seasoned and appeared that they cooked one side, flipped it for a quick sear and sold it. No apologies or accommodations for the overcooked steak. My server was the bartender, and it took forever to get my check. It would be nice to order a second drink, but my server never came. 15 minutes after asking for my check to just pay and leave my server forgot. Unless you are a bar regular, I guess you do not get service at this location.

I went there for my Birthday dinner & had Prime rib it was delicious!! Tucker was my server & he did a outstanding job!! I haven't had that great of service in many years!! He got all the workers together for my Birthday celebration, it was amazing!! You have a jewel employee with Tucker!! You need to have him train ALL the new servers!! He needs a raise, very friendly and personable!! Thanks Tucker for making me feel special!!

We ordered fried mushrooms for an appetizer, they never showed up. I ordered steak Alfredo pasta with medium rare steak, the steak was extra WELL DONE! Some pieces were burned. Bartender was our waitress, she never asked if we needed a refill until we were about to leave. We asked for a to go box and had to get it for ourselves as well as salt and pepper( none on our table). I called the manager and she discounted ticket, then bartender huffed and puffed and said there was nothing else that she could have done for us. What about maybe write down our order next time, turn in our appetizer order and see if we need refills DURING our meal?????? And bring box after we ask for one!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 Also, they may have been 6 people seated in the bar area, including the two of us. Not crowded at all.

Don't order the meatloaf if you're expecting traditional meatloaf. I don't know what that was. Also, thanks to the manager for straightening out our order. Our server didn't know what she was doing.
