Worst service EVER! Waited after seating (was self-seating). I had to go get a menu because it was taking so long…. Finally got our drinks ordered, took forever to get them, took forever to get our food ordered…. Oh we are sooooo busy…(NOT!), I’ve been here since noon…. (It’s barely 6:00… and we’ve already been waiting for you to come to the table.). Watched a bag on counter sit and sit and sit…. to be delivered to our table over 10 minutes,later. no less than 3 separate wait staff picked it up and looked at it…. No one brought to us… was cold… was WRONG… DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE…. I WENT HOME AND MADE MYSELF A HOT DOG!

The service was the worst possible.We waited over 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered then 30 minutes to have our food order taken. We waited another 30 minutes for the food to be delivered. We could see our food sitting and waiting to be delivered. Three servers looked at it but nobody delivered it. When it finally came, my food was cold and my wife's was wrong. She ordered chicken and was served shrimp. No body apologized. I guess poor service is the norm and expected.

Awesome atmosphere and great food! Love this place!!!
However, it Could definitely use some electrical maintenance ( fans, AC, and lighting fixtures) as well as a good cleaning inside especially on the ceiling. And a lot of boards need to be replaced along the ramp/walkways. Starting to become dangerous walking from the docks to the restaurant. 🫣 I'm afraid it's a Lawsuit waiting to happen if proper repairs aren't made by next year.
The food portions are getting smaller and more expensive everytime we come here. Order has been messed up the past couple of times, missing simple stuff. This order alone was almost $60, and they still didn’t get it right.

Good service from our waitress but waited over 35 minutes for cold stail food no refill on drinks and it was crowded and people at the bar and in the isle with their backside inches from you while you wait.

don't order the food on a busy Saturday night it took 35 minutes to get it and when it arrived after sitting at the bar 10 minutes it was cold and stail. People that were standing in the isle as you walk in kept standing inches from my wife and crowding us out the best thing about it was the band was good and the waiter was remorseful and apologized for the terrible food. maybe we came on a bad night but we drove over 50 miles to go here and left hungry and disappointed
