I have tried this place and few times, everything I go they make me pull away from the window and Park to wait for my food. When they come back, I then need to send them back for things they didn't give me an opportunity to tell them that I needed at the window. By the time I get the stuff I asked for my food is cold. I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but in this case I have decided to do one to maybe help them get better. But for now on ill go to the one on 72.

Took almost an hour to get order placed in the app to pick up at counter. Claimed they never received the order. After showing them the order on phone, they still made no effort to fill the order. Employee placed basket of fries on trash can then another employee sweeping emptied the dust pan into the can where my fries were. Sent complaint to owners/management of this store. They said a member of management would contact me in a few days which they never did. I won't be back.

I came in to eat and waited 30 minutes and still did have my food I then take my receipt to find out where it was and it had been sitting on a tray in the back while two girls stood there laughing and chit chatting with each other standing over my food instead of handing it out will not be back the manager didn't even do anything I had to ask for a refund and leave

I usually get breakfast from this McDonald’s because I gave up getting lunch food a while ago, but it’s hard for them to make even a vanilla coffee. The past 4~ times I’ve ordered one, they’ve put no vanilla in the coffee. It’s just straight watered down coffee. I ordered a caramel frappe, and they couldn’t even get a cup that wasn’t leaking. McGriddles are A+ though

Service is terrible. Person at the drive thru was very rude. Received my order with the bag soaking wet and order was wrong. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and received a large fry and a 6 piece!

We asked no onions, no pickles om burger but they put them on anyway. Ordered half and half tea, got all sweet tea. Where's customer service?

Wrong order given in drive-thru at 9:56pm on 12/9/24. Returned with the wrong order that I was given. Gave them the receipt (which I should have kept) after the man said pull up, and they would remake it. I originally ordered a McChicken add cheese and a double cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup. I then received a McChicken with nothing but a slice of cheese and a double cheeseburger with only one slice of cheese 👀. I think it was the manager who gave me my supposedly correct order but if that was the case, how was it still incorrect. Nobody is perfect but dang. At least get the wrong order right the second time lol

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! So I order through the app. Got to the store had to wait an hour then we got the complete wrong order. We went back and inside the building waited another 30 mins. The ladies there were rude, did not answer questions, barely spoke, and got the order wrong 2 more times. Now my husband doesn't get to eat because he had to go to work. This has happened multiple times at this location. I don't about yall but them burgers aren't good either. So if you in Athens go to the hwy 72 location if you want decent food or service.
