Out of the two McDonald's franchises in Athens, this is the one I prefer to dine from. The restaurant as a whole is usually cleaner than the other one, and the staff at this location is very hospitable and accommodating to any issues that may come up with your order. A lot of customers come throughout most of the day, so it's difficult to immediately get someone to the counter during peak times. Most of the time, the food is warm and fresh. I ordered a Big Mac Meal only to get all the way across town to a Little Mac. No pickles, no lettuce, no meat. Came back got another one in exchange only to have a worse one. I want my money back but now the are closed. The meat was only about a 50 cent piece and thin as paper. Horrible experience
