Ninja Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

Our waitress had a bad attitude and the service from from her was dismal. We had to go to the front desk and ask for silverware, the waitress slammed my drink on the table because she forgot about it and we jad to ask. The food was ok. Then the kicker was the automatic huge tip they put on the bill that we had to pay even for the bad service. We will not be going back there

Food here is great. My husband and I come pretty often for the food. But the service is terrible. Last time we were here our waiter messed up our order and left and item out entirely. This time my order was messed up completely, we had it sent back, and it still came back wrong. I try to give grace when it comes to service but half of the staff here are unpleasant and do not even meet the bare minimum. My drink sits empty far too long. After this experience we will not be coming back. Which is a shame because we love the food but I can’t stand to give money to an establishment that does not prioritize the quality of their service.

Clean, service was alright, food was on the expensive side

Took our 5 year there for his birthday and he loved it. He was scared of the fire so the chef didn't blaze it to the ceiling. He made the show just for him! The hibachi is amazing and the price is just right.

This is the most horrible sushi I have ever been to! The cups were dirty !

The food has always been really good here, until last visit. My husband went to the bathroom after we got finished eating, to see an employee/cook in there. He did not wash his hands before returning to cooking or serving... I would not recommend eating at the Athens location because of this, we were all extremely grossed out from this experience.

The staff was very helpful and made sure that all my food was allergy free. Even separated my items from others and changed out my dressing as their house dressing has gluten in it.

The food was so good!!!

Dietary restrictions: I called ahead and explained my gluten issues, and the staff gave me recommendations on what to eat. They went out of their way to make sure my meal was safe for me to eat.

Our family gathered to share a meal after our Aunt's funeral. The chef was wonderful, we had 2 children with us and he took time to make sure they enjoyed the show. I can't catch shrimp but that's ok, took our minds off of the day we had.
