These guys are always courteous. I come here regularly to pick up food and have never had a bad experience!
Went through drive through at opening, no one responded. Went to window. No response. Went inside, waited 20 minutes for them to finish cooking some rice. Asked if they could go ahead and take our order. Took our order, waited 5 more minutes. Finally asked how long until they would serve our food. Was then told it would be 10 more minutes. I said forget it and went somewhere else. These people didn’t care one ounce! Absolutely absurd.

I guess the first red flag was that there were no cars in the parking lot. Even though the dining room was supposedly open, the blinds were closed and they had turned on the drive thru open light in the window. When we walked in EVERY employee was in the dining room, laid on their backs in the booths, and playing on their phones! The food wasn’t labeled and some looked like it had been cooked a long time. When I got my food I had x5 pieces of chicken that were about an inch long each. I questioned it and they said I only get one scoop. I told them I understand that but that wasn’t even a half scoop. The girl said, “Well, that’s how much you get!” The atmosphere was terrible and you could tell they didn’t want anybody in there! We have attempted to eat there 2 other times and they didn’t have orange chicken the first time and no teriyaki chicken the second attempt. When it first opened we were excited but it’s such a disappointment! So for me, it’s 3 strikes, I’m done!
