The service is terrible. Have went to this location a hand full of times and every time, I have to wait at least 30 minutes for my food. Absolutely ridiculous for a drive thru. Especially when they have no other customers.

Not great about honoring refunds or replacements when they mess up. Yesterday, they shorted us hot orange chicken. So we called and were supposedly put on a list. When we came back the next day, we were not on a list. And they refused to ask the manager who supposedly wrote down our name on thisbimaginary list because he was busy cooking. So no replacement for us today even with a receipt and a picture. 🤦♂️

Been coming here for a while and it’s always been decent. Today at 5 pm when you would think the food was the freshest, I got the most tasteless, old, stale orange chicken I’ve ever tasted. Imagine driving 45 minutes because your wife is craving something, only to have to figure out dinner when you get home. Chick fil a is the only fast food in this town that’s edible anymore I guess.

This is the absolute worst panda express. Anytime you go here they are out of half of the menu and can't fulfill your order. 3 out of the 4 entrees and 1 out of the 2 sides were not available. This is 6 times in a row they haven't been able to fulfill the order entirely. Either management needs to do a better job of ordering or the employees need to make some food. Ridiculous.
