I am not making a review concerning the food, I am just giving 5 stars due to a certain employees pleasant attitude. I just went through the drive-thru and Angel kindly apologized for the delay. When I got to the window he was friendly and polite, didn’t rush me, and acted happy to be working. Often you don’t see people working during the Holiday week with a great attitude because of the rush and desiring time off (which people should get time off). However, Angel’s attitude made the experience easy and maybe even made my food taste a little better :)

Visited on December 7th around 6:30 PM through the drive-thru. Service was absolutely 5 stars. The lady taking my order was super friendly, happy, and even shared a funny skeleton joke that genuinely made my day. It’s rare to get that kind of energy at a drive-thru. Fast service, great attitude, and overall an awesome experience. Definitely coming back!

Second time in two weeks I’ve been to the Athens location and there will be a seven minute wait for orange chicken… I don’t understand how they managed inventory, but it’s frustrating that they always seem to be out of something. Definitely don’t try after 6 o’clock Because once they run out, they just decide to not cook anymore. 🤦🏻♂️

I have went to this location several times and on multiple occasions have been told that they are out of certain items and will not be making more. This is always told to me by the same employee, Evelyn. It has always been at times before the kitchen closes. I was told the kitchen closes at 9 by a manager. She just out right refuses to have more food made. In drive thru, I requested chow mein and Evelyn said I could not get it. A police officer was waiting on the inside and requested chow mein and they called it to the kitchen. The entire time I'm sitting at the window listening and waiting for my food. I see the chow mein get placed on the food line. Evelyn still proceeds to serve me my food without offering the chow mein I requested. So when I mentioned it, she agreed they had made more chow mein and wanted to explain to me why she said no to me but not the officer on the inside. I pay FULL PRICE and most places discount or give free meals to officers, so why is his request honored and not mine???? She decided to give me chow mein after that but of course I wouldn't eat it at this point. I would not have taken the time to write this review if this had not happened to me multiple times. The food was below my expectations on this visit. The rangoons were dry and old tasting and I ordered a plate, but only received 1 section with meat (the only thing I ate). I will be traveling further to a different location for a while because I don't enjoy wasting money on food.

First time trying Panda Express did not disappoint. It would be nicer to see more vegetarian options, though.
The service is terrible. Have went to this location a hand full of times and every time, I have to wait at least 30 minutes for my food. Absolutely ridiculous for a drive thru. Especially when they have no other customers.

Not great about honoring refunds or replacements when they mess up. Yesterday, they shorted us hot orange chicken. So we called and were supposedly put on a list. When we came back the next day, we were not on a list. And they refused to ask the manager who supposedly wrote down our name on thisbimaginary list because he was busy cooking. So no replacement for us today even with a receipt and a picture. 🤦♂️
