Another one of my go to spots. The soup and grilled cheese is amazing. My husband loves their chili bowl. The tea is always fresh. Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve come to this location multiple times. The service is slow and the guy at drive thru window rolls his eyes at you if you ask for any condiments. He acts put out. The soup was cold and my sandwich haphazardly put together. Restaurants are built on food and customer service. All other locations in north Alabama are better and more welcoming than Athens al location.

The staff are not friendly. This is in Athens. Food not so great. I ordered a Greek Salad for $12 or so dollars. Ordered online. When home I see that the Greek Salad has 6 Roma tomatoes in a clear salad bowl. Nothing else - no joke. I call because I live 20 minutes away. The manager tells me that they make exactly what is on ticket. Granted I made a mistake, but who if sees this doesn't ask customer about it? Who pays $12. or so for 6 Roma tomatoes? Those employees are not the brightest or just lazy. And it was the manager. Scary... Drive on by Athens Panera Bread or you will regret it.

Being homeless in Athens there's hardly anywhere you can go store wise without anyone saying something about being homeless or just being really rude, but Panera bread is my all-time favorite place to sit where I can gather my thoughts an myself and they always got very very nice workers! Every time I walk in the parking lot I always make sure everything is nice and clean because they let me sit for free a lot of times !! Thank you guys for everything

Ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo, got a grilled cheese. Didn’t notice until I got home and couldn’t turn around due to it being my lunch break. Called and they said they could do a partial refund over the phone. Then they said they got new computers that don’t allow you to type in a card number. Check the bag before leaving this location because they sure won’t.

Stepped inside for a quick bite during lunch time and was greeted with a dirty dining room. You can tell that the floors haven't been cleaned, there was food stuck on the walls and the tables had not been properly wiped down. In addition, the cashier was not polite and spent majority of the time hanging out behind the counter with their arms tucked the side of their shirt (assuming she was cold).
The food was okay but incorrect. Also you could the restaurant staff was having a hard time keeping up with the orders
I am BEYOND PISSED. I ordered Panera at 7:39, just for my DoorDash person to call me and tell me that they were CLOSED. Now if yall were closed, WHY WOULD YOU ACCEPT THE ORDER. That was literally $30 down the drain, never… EVER… AGAIN

Food was terrible. My chicken I was still cold! And the bread had so much salt on it! I have never gotten food this late from the location, so I think this is an issue with night shift, as I have never had a problem with day shift. Very disappointing.
