Horrible service! Ordered my pizza around 3... called around 5 because it was never received and they tell me they haven't started on my order and it got lost in the system. Asked for a refund and they said they can't refund me. Long story short I had to take a trip up there and get my money back. I even tipped the driver and they didnt want to give me that money back either until I demanded my money at the store. Its sad that you have to get out of character for a business to do the right thing. Why would you not refund a customer when it took over 2+hours and I never got the pizza. Before I placed my order I asked the lady on the phone how long of a wait and she said between 35-45 minutes. Customer service was a complete joke

DO NOT order from here Order was supposed to be ready at 6:45 Got there at 6:50 App said it was ready at 6:53 Was gonna go inside but the help had the door locked Got in the drive through line “It will be another 8 minutes “ Finally get back to front of the line “It’ll be 8 more minutes we’re short staffed “ It’s now an hour after and still no food and there’s 8 people in the lobby and a line of cars to zaxbys either hire some help or close down

Ordered pizzas at 5:38 and did not receive the pizzas till 7:30. We were also missing one of our pizzas from the order the rest of the food/order was cold and poorly made. When calling the store to inform them that there was a missing pizza the person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. They refused to do anything about correcting their mistake and said they weren't going to do anything about it.

I ordered 2 pizzas that’s all original pan and one stuffed crust. I ordered online at 5:08pm I did not receive my food until 6:15pm and I was the only car in the drive through the majority of the time. Also my pizza looks horrible I’ve never seen it this bad

The last three times I visited this location either my order was wrong or it was not ready on time. Today my pizza was not even in the oven 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund and they offered me rewards points and said i couldnt get a refund. I had to get out of the drive thru and go inside where there was another lady who's order was due and they told her there were still three orders ahead of hers before they cooked it. I got my refund. I'm done with this location.

If I could give negative stars I wound. Management needs to clean house. A pizza should never take over an hour no matter how busy. Especially when I look in the back and there are no pizzas in the oven. If you're that busy the oven should constantly pump out orders. Do better
