I ordered a three pizza box and the edges of my pizza are burned along with the pepperoni there isn't enough cheese and the middle isn't even done I had to pop my pizza back in the oven, I called the store to tell them about their ovens and the person on the phone hung up on me instead of listening to my complaint and try to fix the problem. Quite frankly these pizzas are not worth no 33 dollars and y'all will not be getting my business anymore I can make a better pizza myself I just really didn't feel like cooking tonight for my family of seven. I am appalled.

I normally don't write reviews let alone bad ones . But this is crazy . I pre ordered my pizza at 7:29 am ... the store opens at 11. It's 12:25pm and i still don't have my order ... went to go see what the issue was ans the phones are being ignored and the doors to the store are locked with a line full of people .
Update: jjst got a message saying saying my order was given to doordash ... no communication from the store just a random number saying they have my order eith doordash . I won't be coming back .

The service here is brain dead, for my family ordered a large pizza, wings, and a 2 liter Pepsi; however, the clown at the register misread a 2 liter for a 20 ounce and they charged us extra for sauce and cheese. Plus the pizza was horribly prepared, so apparently the staff can’t read, cook, or provide good quality service. Management really needs to have a word with their employees because they are lost.

Ordered for pickup through the window. 2 cars ahead of me when I got there over 20 minutes after I ordered and it took around 30 minutes for those two cars to get their orders. The man who manged the window was very friendly and the only positive side of the experience.
The boneless wings were... Fine, but I wasn't expecting much from them anyway. The breadsticks were soggy and room temperature. The pizza, though, was the worst by far. The pepperoni pizza was 95% bread, 1% sauce, 3% cheese, 1% pepperoni. I've never, ever, had a pepperoni pizza with 2-4 pepperoni's per slice. Overall a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend going back as long as Pizza Hut doesn't understand that a pepperoni pizza should actually have pepperoni on it.

Tried to place a delivery order got hung up 3 times by Barbara after she took my debit card info she hung up and never canceled my order call center supervisor did nothing buyer beware worried about my card info now

Order a meat lovers and was given a pepperoni pizza, once I bought it to their attention I was given the correct pizza, glad I checked it before leaving! The pizza was good.

Ordered the personnel pizza and boneless wings. Pizza was extremely dry very few toppings. Good thing is my dog liked the pizza, I ate the 4 boneless wings heating.

I ordered a melt. Asked for two marinara sauces. Got home and they were not in the box. Called them and the man answered the phone and said hello. I had to ask him who he was and if this was Pizza Hut or not. I told him my sauce was not in the box and I wanted my melt remade since I had to come back. I wanted my food fresh. I get there and the employees are in the back saying that I wanted something for free and nothing was wrong w my order. Rude. Disrespectful. I brung the melt back.. what did I get for free?
Over the last year there pizza has gotten bad 40$ for two large pizzas and they are nasty it's sad when a little ceasers pizza beats pizza hut by far at this point a microwave pizza from dollar general is better and costs a lot less

Patty, is a wonderful server and handles stressful situations with grace. I was doordashing one day and their system was experiencing problems. It took over an hour to get my customer's order but she gave me constant updates, a wonderful conversation and a drink for my wait. 5 star service.
