I wouldn't know how the food, service, or atmosphere was. The website and store sign said they stay open until 11pm. Tried calling twice and the phone rang and rang. This was about 7:30. I drove to the location about fifteen minutes later and the front door locked. There were three workers inside so I don't know what was going on. Anyway, it was disappointing. I was really craving a conveyor belt pepperoni pizza that evening. I had to settle for a dine in, brick oven baked delicious pizza and wings from their competitor.

Service is seriously lacking. I ordered to pick up at the window and no one came to the window for about 10 minutes, nor did anyone answer the call. The car that was in front of me just left the window after sitting there for more almost 10 minutes. Then my order was incorrect, even though the receipt on the box had the correct order.Update: I went again over the weekend and service was MUCH better. The person who greeted me at the window was super sweet and she opened the window as soon as I pulled up.I guess my previous visit happened on a bad day.
This Pizza Hut has always been super fast, and gets our order right everyt time. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the drive-thru window makes take-out orders very easy. The pizza is always good!
