Just came from getting 3 chicken tinder meals. 1 of them had soggy chicken that didn’t even have breading on it, even the ones that did have somewhat breading on them was so bad my dog wouldn’t even eat it. They looked undercooked and the other 2 meals had chicken that looked fine on the outside but didn’t taste good. Honestly the only thing good about this meal was the sweet tea. For the amount of money I was charged i definitely expected to enjoy my meal but instead I wasted my money threw away the food and decided to eat something from home. I don’t know how often this happens because I normally don’t go to Popeyes because I had a situation like this a few years ago and decided I didn’t wanna gamble my money away with this business but decided to give them another shot today as it is a few years after that bad experience and I just got the same exact experience. I will not ever be going back and I’d advise everyone else to stay away from this location too.

Don't waste your time! Empty parking lot , empty dining area. 5 people working in back doing a whole lot of nothing . 3 other people at counter waiting to order... no one even gave any of us an acknowledgement... manager walks outside ... we finally got tired of waiting and left..what do we see outside? The manager lounging having a cigarette with his friend ... right in front of the entrance door ... if I could give it negative 1000 I would ! Horrible customer experience! Went down the street to Hardee's and was greeted with a smile and welcome despite the FULL dining room and drive thru ! Popeyes could learn a thing or 2 from them !

The last few times I've been to this location the chicken was not seasoned at all. At least put some salt or pepper or something on Dang ill just drive to a different location the next time smh

I went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken, then they made me pull up to wait for my 5 piece chicken finger meal. When they brought it my food there was chicken breading all on the lid of my large sweet tea. I'd avoid this Popeyes at all cost.

Just come from grabbing me some chicken. Once again they are always forgetting to put everything I have paid for in my bag. My food was cold mashed potatoes and reb beans with rice was old taste like it has been sitting out. I will never go near again. The food was horrible please do not get anything here. They really need better management here.

I go to Popeyes pretty regular. Normally they do an amazing job and the food is mostly always on point. The last two times though I've had an issue. The first time was I got red beans and rice for a side, the red beans seemed like they were not done all the way, which is weird cuz I used to work for Popeyes and they come in pre-made you just heat the bag up. In this last time I got a three-piece chicken tenders and one of the tenders was almost completely gristle.....very gross. I will be back, but it will be a while.

I don't often write reviews, especially negative, but I just had the worst experience with this restaurant. I placed an online order and went through the drive-thru to pick up the order. First, they couldn't find my order. Then they had me pull forward and wait about 7 minutes for the order to be brought out. We looked in the bag and items were missing. I pull back through the drive-thru, get a less than sincere apology and was told they were out of fries. I received a substitute. After getting home, and making my own fries, it was discovered that neither of the two sandwiches were what we ordered. I mean we ordered sandwiches, but toppings were missing, and the wrong sauces. So all in all one item was correct, and it was subpar in taste. Very disappointed by our experience tonight
So I wait twenty minutes in drive thru line after placing my order,pull up to window,they tell me they don't have any chicken thighs cooked,it will be 5 to 7 minutes.Ok so maybe I'm a genius, but why after knowing my order,20 minutes ago did you not start cooking then?This is a chicken restaurant, so,I would have chicken ready for my customers.Poor customer service.Dont get it,confused....

I had came here around 9 on 10/03 . I was told to pull to the side so they could make food hot by that time they pulled 2 more cars over to the side both for their food before me and somebody came to the car and asked did I have so and so and I said no cause what he said wasn’t what I ordered so he said he got me and he stayed in there for a good min I didn’t leave I didn’t get my food til 11:30 ?♀️waiting almost 2 hrs for “fast food” is crazy only stayed cause I already gave them my money and he kept saying that he’d be out with my food!
