I had the chicken and dressing, Mac and cheese and turnip greens. My honest review the dressing has way too much sage in it I’m not sure if I was supposed to ask for the chicken because it was missing. The greens are from a can and has too much vinegar in it and the macaroni and cheese is just blah, but the only thing that was edible. Lesson learned everyone can’t make comfort food good

My husband and I booked Ramona J's as our wedding caterer. The prices were reasonable, and the service was great. The booking process was seamless, and he remained in contact to make sure everything went perfectly. The food taste very good as well. I'm overall pleased with the experience. The servers were also very nice and professional and left the kitchen in great conditions after serving. I have no complaints!

I've let this place slide TOO many times from the ketchup tasting hot sauce, cold food, to the random closures every other week TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME. I got an all veggie plate and decided to try their Cajun ranch fries. Unfortunately, I did not like the fries at all and returned in hopes of replacing my fry for a drink or something similar in price (I should've asked for a refund instead) and to my surprise the lady basically tells me that it doesn't work like that..... so basically I'm just supposed to throw my money down the drain on something I can't even eat. The ranch was like water and 95% of the fries were already soggy, my pregnant self was so disappointed :( I've never had a business not want to replace something that I didn't like or just give a refund. I'm always a nice person so her having an attitude about the situation was very unprofessional and off putting. I know no one cares, but me and my family will never be back. Stay Blessed

What an amazing place to eat at! I was looking for some good ole southern food and I found it. The service was fantastic the ladies were so friendly 10 out of 10. There's no where to eat indoors but there is a cute little porch to eat on with umbrellas for shade which my daughter and I loved. I had the Tuesday special which was chicken and dressing my favorite with macaroni (so good) and turnip greens which were the best I've ever had. My daughter got wings and fish I tried both wings were good but the fish was incredible highly recommend. Don't skip dessert we got the red velvet cheesecake again the best I've had. A good place for comfort food and friendly service. I had chicken fingers and fries. The only complaint I have is I could tell that both the chicken and the fries were cooked in oil that had previously been used to cook fish...I have a mild allergy (nothing dangerous...stomach related usually) so my stomach was uneasy afterwards. It was really good but something about fish oil never sits well with me. The lady at the window was super sweet and helpful...I would wanna try the burgers next time as they look amazing!!!
Stopped in to Ramona Js on the way back north to West Virginia to try out a local place. Food was amazing and hospitality even better! After ordering burgers and regretting not ordering the fried catfish, were even given a sample by the extremely generous owners. Melt in your mouth phenomenal! Highly recommend driving off of 65 to try this local place out! If it's to hot they have a drive through as well!
