Walked in customer service was extremely terrible they don’t speak at all! Then as I’m standing there looking to see what the have because I had never been here before the rude boy they had behind the counter and yes I said boy because he looked no older than 17 just walked off didn’t say a word. So me and my fiancé just walked out. Didn’t even get a chance to try the food. I’m not paying for nothing with service like that. None of them spoke and the few that looked dead and me and him and walked away. That’s crazy and even after we were recommended to try them out. NEVER AGAIN!!!

food taste great. the super combo wings were awesome. the chicken tender plate and kids chicken nuggets great. cajun ranch fries lacked ranch. service was terrible very rude drive through worker needs to learn customer service manners.

I ordered 2 grill cheese sandwiches; (which should be 4pieces of bread with cheese) and this is what I got for $ 8.50. 2 One pieces of bread , cut in half with cheese in it, wrapped n twisted in aluminum foil . When I brought it to there attention, the manager stated he made it and that's their sandwiche. So I asked how many pieces of bread do you get on 1 chicken sandwich n he said 2. So, I asked what's the difference and he just blew me off and I told him that wasn't right and tried to explaining with no correction. I will not not be returning to Roosters!!!!

Love it here! Best place ever, food is fantastic and the cashiers are amazing, drive thru line moves quickly as well. Wings and chicken are to die for! Will be back!!

Its INSANE. Whenever i go through the drive thru and a woman is taking my order they are so vile borderline evil. But when its a man he is always so friendly and cracking jokes. I ldk what the heck that is but my last experience with a woman cashier was my breaking point. She called out from the speaker literally sounded demon possessed . I said no thank you and drove off. Honestly scared to come back. I have been alive for 35 years and have never experienced anything quite like this.

Mediocre. For nearly $17, I got wings and fries (ten to be exact). The sauce was watery and lacking. The fries were alright, but nothing to go out of my way for. Service was also okay. Sorry, but i won't be back. For wings, go somewhere else.

First time visiting. There was a long line at the drive thru. It was for good reason. The line moved relatively quickly and the food was really good. Definitely recommend.
