Its INSANE. Whenever i go through the drive thru and a woman is taking my order they are so vile borderline evil. But when its a man he is always so friendly and cracking jokes. I ldk what the heck that is but my last experience with a woman cashier was my breaking point. She called out from the speaker literally sounded demon possessed . I said no thank you and drove off. Honestly scared to come back. I have been alive for 35 years and have never experienced anything quite like this.

Mediocre. For nearly $17, I got wings and fries (ten to be exact). The sauce was watery and lacking. The fries were alright, but nothing to go out of my way for. Service was also okay. Sorry, but i won't be back. For wings, go somewhere else.

First time visiting. There was a long line at the drive thru. It was for good reason. The line moved relatively quickly and the food was really good. Definitely recommend.

Ok food, TERRIBLE customer service. When we got our food to our table, my husband noticed his chicken strips were cold. I suggested he go tell someone so they could make it again. He came back to our table upset after the interaction he had with the MANAGER. Once my husband told the manager what was going on, the manager said, well you ate some of the fries already what do you want me to do about it? The manager reluctantly gave my husband his money back after arguing with him about eating a couple fries before noticing his chicken was cold. After this horrible interaction, and paying over $30 for some chicken strips, which definitely wasn't worth the money, we will never be back
Their customer service lacks so much!!! Very unprofessional! The eye rolling, mumbling under their breathe, and snickering is not how to represent yourself or a company!

I had ordered a chicken shrimp and fish plate on 08/05/2025 I have sent the plate back because it did not have hush puppies on it while waiting on the puppies to get cooked. I ate some of my boyfriend’s fries and they were cold to touch so I took his plate back inside and asked for fresh fries. Everything was fixed and resolved, and as I went through my plate fries were also cold to touch so I sent it back and in the spam of five seconds they brought The plate back, which had hot oil stains on the top of the plate, and the fries were literally drenched in oil as if they were only red dipped in the oil and put back on my plate

WORST Cajun ranch fries ever!!! I think they forgot the ranch. It just soggy fries covered in Cajun powder. I love their fries regular but will never get Cajun “ranch” fries from here ever again. I was so excited just to be let down. Because I know how good they usually are

My first time here, went with coworkers. I asked if the chicken sandwich could be grilled, not fried and she said yes, so I ordered it. It came fried. I didn't take it back because I was pressed for time, however, I should have, because I don't eat much fried foods for good reason and never chicken and shouldn't have this time either. (I don't have a gall bladder) So it makes it rough on my stomach. Anyway, the food was great other than that. They were super busy too. (Nice to have it that way)
