I have had a mixed experience with this location, especially when ordering with modifications. My family has allergies, and we choose Scooters because their brand makes accommodating everyone easy. Usually, I use the app and it works out OK. When the app is down or I order at the speaker, I rarely get what is requested.

Today, I got whole milk drinks when I requested dairy-free at the speaker. The last time I ordered food in the drive through, I got a sandwich...

I get a blended mocha with half the mocha flavor and a xtra shot of espresso almost every day or every other day at the Athens Alabama location. Today was exceptional! I don't know who was making them around 4pm today, I must say it was the best I ever have gotten.

The workers today (08-12-2025) are the BEST and did a phenomenal job, as always. Thank you for being so sweet and making the drinks consistently good. My favorite Scooters and A+ for those who worked today!!
