They are always professional and courteous. I've never experienced a bad attitude from any location. I'll forever love the expression, "Scoot on around" because I know my coffee will be the best part of my day!
Me and my daughter passed Scooter's tonight and thought we would give it a try. We pull up to the order screen and my daughter took like 5 min trying to decide just to decide she didn't want anything so I ordered the peanut butter crunch blend coffee (which is delicious by the way) get to the window and the 2 ladies were just giggling and then the girl at the window asked if we were having a good night. I asked how their night was and realized they were about to close...
Service is great and the staff are very friendly but a lot of their drinks are starting to taste the same. I didn't notice cause I used to only get one type But when I started to Branch out and try different drinks I realized there's not much of a difference in flavor in any of them even if they're supposed to have totally different flavors. The food is delicious though, especially the maple sausage sandwhich
