Food was cold and tasted old , bread was hard looked and tasted as if it was stale. I don't know what's going on but I couldn't eat it. Went down the street and ordered a burger from Jack's. Sonics usually make a great burger

Im changing a previous review of one star from years ago that made me not come back until today. I gave them another shot and i saw lots of improvement. Fast service (but it was dead) food was just barely warm enough is my only complaint. not a fan of the new fries but that’s not their fault.

Are there no limitations to having a Sonic franchise? This location has ruined Sonic for me!! The food is always cold, order is never right, and employees are always rude.. It doesn’t matter what time of day or how empty the parking lot is, it’ll take them 30 mins to hand you half your order. They use to have an amazing crew that actually cared and I went weekly. Now I’ll only go for a cherry limeade.. They’ve even screwed that up a couple times.

If you enjoy long waits for food come here. This is the best place to wait for your food and it not be worth eating. Waited over 20 minutes still nothing. Advise going elsewhere. This is no where near with its price. Also missing multiple items. Chili dog Dr Pepper daughter’s chicken tenders and the food was inedible. Could not get them to come back out and right the wrong. Having to file a dispute on my card.

The only thing that's good here is the dirty Dr pepper everything else makes my stomach hurt and I always have diarrhea after so that should tell you something

I came with a group of 4 including myself, there were no available stalls and 2 were being used by people standing and ordering. We decided to order at the patio, they only have one stall on the patio. One went up and pressed the button and ordered, she then ended saying it’ll be 4 separate checks (annoying, i know) however it’s still something we wanted to do. The worker on the speaker then said “we can’t do 4 separate to one order. Only 1 or 2” so we said that’d be all for that order and she said the total and cut off the speaker. I then went and pressed the button again for my order and she answered asking for my order. I started telling her and she proceeded to then yell out of the speaker “ WE CANT DO 4 SEPARATE ORDERS” and a few other things I can’t even remember I was so taken aback. There was no need AT ALL to yell or speak to me like that and also, she said HERSELF she can do 2 separate checks. That was the second order she said we could do?? I asked her how we were supposed to order then?? since she’s just yelled at me through the speaker. She didn’t respond and we didn’t hear anything from the speaker. A different worker came out and told us to use the separate stalls so it would be easier and told my friend it’s something with the card they use. I used to work at Sonic and I know it’s doable. If they changed that then okay! you could try explaining that to me before yelling at me for something you said was possible. We did in fact still order and the food was all correct and okay. The service needs to be changed though. If you do not want more than 1 separate check, try installing more stalls on the patio or coming up with a better solution. Also, try practicing patience and kindness maybe? I hope you have a better night since you obviously were not having a good one! It really could’ve been explained and talked about beforehand but you decided to resort to that. :/

Double cheeseburger was supposed to have lettuce and mayo on it but it was very little, the bun had a mold spot on it, husbands chili cheese dog was cold after him sitting at the order pick up window for 15 mins after my order was supposed to be done at 9:05. Every time we have ordered from here the service and food has been awful. Needless to say I won't be back. Someone needs to go in and clean this place up !!!!!

Omg this place is horrible. I ordered with door dash and get cold food and only part of my order. A few months later tried again. No sauces no fries. Tried again thought it may have been DD was the problem. I order through Uber eats I get only drinks and no food so I go up to the store and order. My extra choc extra cookie shake has no cookies. They put my daughter’s grilled cheese ON A BUN and just nuked it. And I have no tots. Sandwich has no bacon and the food is ice cold. How? How can you eff up an order this badly? Definitely the store. They NEED to close.

Ordered at the dine in stalls while waiting after about 10 mins a car pulled in the stall next to us and they got their food before us after 35 mins total wait time for our food it comes out, not only was the person who took our order rude but the food was cold and not what we ordered. We will NOT be returning

We just left this location. I ordered 3 tenders and fries with tea and my husband had a burger. The chicken didn't look like chicken and we got tots. I sent it back and said I'd go elsewhere so my husband ate his burger and the girl was getting us a refund. After my husband finished his burger he had to go ask for the refund. We were told at that moment that they needed the burger to do the refund on the chicken and tots and tea. I have never and will never again. This is absurd and pathetic. ??Everyone here was so put out by our presence. Sorry we bothered you.
edit: I will not waste my time with any sonic ever again. Nothing is the same. We all get the same answer from our review which means you don't care and things won't change. Your days are numbered.
