We my daughter and I came through and we ordered a small and a large caramel ribbon crunch and pulled out and my daughter told me no mom I wanted the cookie crumble and she paid for it with her birthday money so I turned around and went back and went in and explained it to the people that were working and they immediately said no problem we'll fix it and that was just amazing.
Parking: Parking is small but there is additional parking in Publix parking lot

Coffee is great and drive thru is much more efficient than the other one in Athens. Staff is always friendly. However, I felt like my cup felt lighter than usual and when I opened the lid I feel like y’all were a bit too skimpy on this one. I think $7 is already a lot for a medium coffee (plus Starbucks is the only coffee place that ask for a direct tip as well) with no add ons so I feel more cringe about it when I’m already trying to justify the price in the first place.

The best Starbucks location I've ever been to. All 3 drinks we got were made perfectly and tasted amazing. The wait was not long at all despite being in the middle of the day. The entire store was clean and organized. Everyone there was so friendly and patient (I had two tweens with me that I made order their own drinks) and the man working was very nice the whole time. We will definitely be back.

I know everyone hates on Starbucks ?, but Pryor & 31 is definitely one of the best. The customer service is amazing! We have so many favorites here that we will drive out of our way just to order from this location. We appreciate the way they have taken the time to get to know us and remember how we like our drinks, etc. Yes, I still like my “fancy” coffee, but this is our go-to shop otherwise. I would also love it if everyone would please order from the app when possible to keep the line moving. ???

This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to!! They are well stocked, quick, and wonderful employees. One employee imparticular really stands out- James! He is so sweet and personable, really a great person! I'm always happy when I pull up to the drive through window and I see James.
