I enjoy good coffee and tea but the prices are outrageous! I'd rather have a cheap cup of coffee any day. Maybe I'm old fashioned but the way the world is today ya better save a little money

I love Starbucks but this one on 31 is not very good..I drink the matcha and every single time I get it here it’s all foam …last drink I got it was literally half foam… by the time the foam settled down it was only half a cup of drink …I’m sorry but it’s to expensive to only get half your drink…the newer Starbucks in Madison has the milk set out so if I need to just add a little it’s no problem not sure why this one doesn’t do that

Friendly folks:) but nothing makes up for being fair with pricing. You’ve made your smalls… well, tiny now. Upped your price. And are charging for pumps. How can you sleep:)
The place is very nice and clean, and the staff are very sweet and patient. My family is pretty slow at ordering, but the staff were very patient and nice. The orders were made really fast, and were very delicious! I recommend this place, definitely one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to!
