Steak-Out Charbroiled Delivery

First and last time here. Came in and placed an order. Moved to the side so that I wouldn't be in the way. Others came in, placed their order and was out of there. I think they forgot about my order honestly. Waited a very long time and after I moved back into view my order came out, get to the car only to notice i only had half of my order! Sorry Madison Steakout, I'll NEVER cheat again! The floor was dirty, my salad was brown and the guy on the grill only had one glove on. Shut'er down because this will make someone sick..... and it won't be me!

***Update: I worked with Steak Out directly and they replaced my meals at no charge. The replacement food I received was a 10 out of 10 and what I always expected out of Steak Out. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!***

Had a pickup order for 2 mixed grills w/tips & chicken. Picked up my order at 8:20 and was told they didn’t have any tea because they were getting ready to close… The steak tips were supposed to be cooked medium and were a shade shy of charcoal bits. The chicken was basically the same and was super overcooked and tough. My potato on one of my orders was tiny and a disappointment. I also had 2 cheesecakes which were both frozen solid and not edible for hours.

This was such a disappointment especially after paying $60+ for a meal. I should have went across the street to Burger King and saved $40.

I was told 15 to 20 minutes for a pick up. I stayed at home for 10 minutes and then left. I got there and they took my money. I waited at least 30 minutes to get order. When I got home my chicken was burned for my chef salad. I probably will not return.

So disappointing! I was craving steak so I spent $40 and couldn't even enjoy my steak. They put steak sauce on it. I want to taste my steak I don't like steak sauce. First I ordered online and I made sure not to put steak sauce but that didn't go through so I had to call . If you're not sure if somebody wants steak sauce, put it on the side. Don't ruin a $40 meal with steak sauce. I won't take that chance again for that kind of money.

Ordered food at 5:30 and were told that it would be an hour at most. Got it at 7:10. Forgot the drinks and immediately called. They said they’d send them to us. It’s currently 8:10 and still don’t have them. Called to ask if I could get an update, they said he hasn’t even been back to get them yet. He’s the only driver. That’s all that was said. Hope you want cold food, cold service, and no drinks that you paid for if you order from here.

Have not been in an area where Steak-Out is for a while food was good.

Service was fast and on time, manager on point and running a great shift

I try to avoid this store if possible, due to something about this location that the food is always tasting different from the other locations. I had a burger last night and the quality is like the same fast food frozen meat. Had a steak months prior very rubbery. Quality definitely has went down

Ive been ordering from this location since 2021 and I was happy because they delivered to my neighborhood. I've made orders for one or more people multiple times and I ALWAYS tip. Some time in 2023, I was told that my order needed to be $50 or more to deliver to my area. I said okay, no biggie and made sure my orders were more than $50 dollars even if I had to add an extra roll...lol. Fast forward to 6/18/25, I placed an order, for myself, and added extra rolls, got a lunch special, tea and entree to meet the $50 threshold. I received a call from the restaurant stating that it needed to be $75 before they would deliver and would I like to add more items. Mmmmm no! Remind you, when I check my address online, it registers as a delivery area, but it does not state a minimum order amount and I was already ordering more than what I needed. I declined and canceled because at this point I felt like they were taking advantage and making things up as they go. 😪 Gonna miss this location.

I can't say enough good things about the Athens location. It never matters who takes my order they are very kind and thorough with that order. The delivery drivers are extremely thoughtful and carefully check my order upon arrival. The food quality is outstanding. (One of the best burgers I have had). I love that it's cooked just how I ask them to do it. I am also grateful that they do not skimp on the portions. Once they even delivered when most of Athens was snowed in. Kudos for making my delivery with chains on your tires when i couldn't get out of my driveway.
This is an AAA+++ establishment.
