Subway is always good. They parking is not that great. Service is pretty quick. It was basically clean. The restroom was clean and appropriately furnished.

Had to repeat my order to the lady about 400 times and even after paying they asked me again what i ordered and she didnt fill up our large drinks which had a load of space left. First time here, never coming back

I placed an order online. I ordered one foot long and one 6 inch. The foot long was assembled as ordered, but the bread was very hard and difficult to eat. It was so hard that my husband did not eat the 2nd half of the foot long. The 6 inch was NOT made to order. The bread was white instead of multi-grain and it was lacking onions. Of course I noticed this as soon as I got home, but we were starving and chose to eat what we’d been given. I called the store afterwards to report this and was told “since the item is ‘gone,’ there is nothing we can do. We could have remade it for you.” I understand, but I don’t understand. So, I’m to drive all the way back to the restaurant-regardless of where I might possibly live in relation to the restaurant, or without consideration that maybe I popped in during my lunch break to pick up what was ordered online / to simply have them do their job the CORRECT way?!? Even an offer of a free cookie during my next visit would have been an effort. I will not be returning to this location again. Paying $10+ for a sandwich is already robbery, but when services (online ordering) are offered for convenience, it’s extremely INCONVENIENT AND A HIGH PRICE to pay for a mediocre meal. Like many others have said, this location is full of children - not an adult in sight to fix the lack of proper customer service provided.

I ordered inside and they were extremely busy. Despite that they were very fast and very nice! Made it exactly as I asked and we chatted while we waited for the sandwiches to toast. The lady manager was very efficient and communicative to her newer people it seemed. Great experience!

Do not use their drive-through. Wrong items on sandwich, charged for a 12 inch and given a 6, not given the juice in my kids meal, reminding them to give me the drinks I purchased, I have never had an order handed to me and it was correct.

I hate cucumbers on my sandwich I asked for no cucumbers but now I'm picking them off my sandwich after biting into one. That overfilled my drink to the point it was pouring out the top but didn't give me napkins thankfully I was still at the window and asked for napkins
Went in for the new ghost pepper bread was very disappointed there were two slices of a ghost pepper on top like the jalapeño slices in a jar not worth the hype

On July 26. 2024, I visited this Subway a little after 3:00p.m. The lettuce and spinach needed to be changed. The employee who took my order, at my request took out the fresh vegetables, but right in front of me after preparing my subs put the old writhed up vegetables on top of the fresh when it should have been thrown away. Also for the footlong, he barely put enough vegetables to cover the length. I live in Athens, but I will drive to the one on County Line Road. The vegetables are fresher and provided according to the size of the sub.
