If you want over priced shitty sandwiches this is your place. Ordered on the app, they took my money but claim they never got the order bc I used a buy one get one free coupon. They seem to only have problems when you place orders with coupons. I would spend $30 and buy the ingredients myself before trying to order through these Athens locations as they are all owned by the patels. 0 responsibility for the app stealing your money. They say it’s not their fault, but it’s strange how my full price orders are always ready to pick up but my discounted orders “ never come through”

Employees inattentive. We had 3 items to order, got through 2 of them, and they called the next person in line to order. We had to get back in line to complete our order.Ordered a footlong "as a salad" and apparently, they are unaware of how salads are made, with lettuce and/or other veggies as a base. So basically, $9 for about 6 bites of toppings.Cashier was friendly at least.

Would not accept my coupons. Not happy about that. Would only accept my coupons for two Footlongs at $12.99, but restricted us to Footlongs that amounted to $12.99, so didn't save a penny. I'm so sick of gimmicks, especially ones that don't save me one cent. The two dot-heads that made the sandwiches kept referring to momma dot-head who is an unhappy, all-business type who drags down the vibe and atmosphere. This is not the place to get "happy meals." They don't much like Americans, and that hostility is palpable, and it's easy to put your finger on the reason: Momma Dot-head.

The girls on shift when we went today was very helpful and was able to get our 4 subs and worked with us. We had our 11 year old and 2 year old son with us and they were able to help our oldest figure out what he wanted and was patient with us. .

Ordered for delivery and the food is always on the edge of “is this fresh?” The order arrived without any of the drinks or chips. The Door Dash driver said this was all they gave him. He suggested calling the store. They never answered. Tried the next day only to be told to call the manager at the Jefferson st. store as he manages both. They did not answer. Could be door dash issue could be a store issue, either way no one for either companies seems to take customer service serious or uphold any standards. Drive to East Limestone store, worth the effort.
