the lady that took my order in the drive thru at 1:19 am today was very rude. sounded like she hates her job and didnāt wanna be there whatsoever. kept sayin āwhat elseā in a very rude tone of voice and got our order wrong. definitely not satisfied.

I didn't rate the atmosphere because I very rarely go inside and eat.
I know fast food isn't the best job in the world, but have some pride in what you do. The crunchy taco i gave to my dog was in even worse shape.. 20.00 for subpar and destroyed food is a lesson to be learned.

Food was great but the app was not working no matter what I did, so I ordered in the drive thru. They werenāt that busy and still forgot the 2 pack of churros and when I called them to see if I could come get them they didnāt pick up the phone

Since I'm on commercial truck I had to walk to the order window to place an order n manager refused to take it...I told them.on on big rig but he didn't care....avoid this garbage location...other locations do take walk in orders...this is trash service

The food was awful the grabbed my drink from the inside with their bare hands and handed it to me. Didnāt even want to drink it afterwards and they wouldnāt give me another one. And messed up my order. This Location has gone downhill.

Walked in the store at 9:45 closed my order out at 9:50 stood at the counter until 10:06 waiting for someone to come take my payment. The entire time I was listening to the crew complain about how busy they were and asking if they should make people wait longer however this one little for lack of a better way to describe her Asian girl that was working tonight was busting her backside keeping up with all the orders well everybody else was standing around complaining someone needs to give that girl a raise

Middle of lunch time and doors all locked, only drive thru open. Assuming they just don't want to pay for enough help to keep the dinning room open.
Iām not sure if there is a requirement to work there but being able to read basic English should be one of them completely ruined my order I canāt go back up there to get it fixed one of the workers had a bad attitude whilst the other good which is why I have 3 stars for service. How can I pay and eat at a place that gives me my food inedible???
