Its outrageous how I order my food then I'm asked to parallel park in a little curve to wait for my food (which I suck at parallel parking) Only to have every single car behind me leave and once the cars leave I'm givin the wrong food only to wait for the right one and it's cold. I will not be back. I don't come to taco bell to parallel park and I certainly don't come to wait till every car has gone ONLY to be givin COLD FOOD.

I attempted to pick up an Uber Eats order. No one greeted me. I stood there I didn’t say anything. I watched the employees greet and assist customers that were not African American. I canceled the Uber Eats order (Jacob customer name). Please do better! Thank you!

Updated...fast food has gotten ridiculous anymore. Went to the drive thru. They were slammed as the picture shows. It took 37 minutes to get our online order & go. The other Taco Bell in Athens isn't any better. Had to wait 33 minutes in their drive thru for an online order & there was only a car ahead of us, in line. They weren't even slammed. It's sad what fast food has came to.
Placed an online order and hour before they closed. It was $49.13 & payment was taken. Got to the restaurant & was told that they couldn't make our order. They also told me that they never accepted the order at the store. I don't understand how the money can be taken & the order not be accepted. Anyways, they couldn't make our food for some reason. We couldn't even place an order & it was still 45 minutes before closing. Why even stay open if you can't take orders? Why take the money without accepting the order. I now have to call the 800 # to tell them I didn't receive my order & wait for a refund. That could take 2 to 3 days, maybe longer. I'm pretty ticked off that I'm now out $50 & got 4 people still hungry. Luckily I had some more money to go get food from a place that actually does their job as advertised. The fast food industry has gotten bad. Everything cost an arm & a leg now. You barely get what you ordered right or something will be missing. Service sucks!! These places gotta step it up considering everything is so high priced. If someone pays $40 to $50 for a meal, then it should at least be correct. I have issues every time I go to this Taco Bell. 1ce in a blue moon, they get it right. I'd give them no stars if that was aloud. Very displeased!

Usually great, this time wasn't the usual. Seemed dried and old taste. After they filled my order, the employee just tossed the bag on the counter, didn't say anything word to me, not look at me and the only person inside. Rude. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have probably would have just left and ask for refund. Got home, disappointed with quality. But love taco bell so maybe just a bad day.

What's the time the food that I order is very good. And the service is pretty good too. But once in a while if I use the drive-thru and not getting something that I needed sometimes it's as simple as a straw but sometimes it's cheese sauce or taco sauce so I always check your bags in the drive through.
