Employees are super slow then make the food lazy and slop it together all the time I’ve been here a good bit and it’s the worst one, haven’t had a fixed soda machine in almost 2 weeks

Taco Bell has decent food...but I am not thrilled with their prices. This Taco Bell has a decent lobby if you want to eat inside. The parking is a lot better than the one on Jefferson as well. The food tastes good, but often they skimp on the meat, despite their high dollar prices.

i recently visited the Taco Bell at 1112 Jefferson St SE, in Athens, AL. I was passing through this area and decided to get a Mexican Pizza. It was a rainy day so I waited there some time and enjoyed my meal. It was made real well and I enjoyed a second glass of tea. The rain stopped and I left. A nice visit to a good restaurant.

the lady that took my order in the drive thru at 1:19 am today was very rude. sounded like she hates her job and didn’t wanna be there whatsoever. kept sayin “what else” in a very rude tone of voice and got our order wrong. definitely not satisfied.

I didn't rate the atmosphere because I very rarely go inside and eat.
I know fast food isn't the best job in the world, but have some pride in what you do. The crunchy taco i gave to my dog was in even worse shape.. 20.00 for subpar and destroyed food is a lesson to be learned.
Food was great but the app was not working no matter what I did, so I ordered in the drive thru. They weren’t that busy and still forgot the 2 pack of churros and when I called them to see if I could come get them they didn’t pick up the phone

Since I'm on commercial truck I had to walk to the order window to place an order n manager refused to take it...I told them.on on big rig but he didn't care....avoid this garbage location...other locations do take walk in orders...this is trash service

The food was awful the grabbed my drink from the inside with their bare hands and handed it to me. Didn’t even want to drink it afterwards and they wouldn’t give me another one. And messed up my order. This Location has gone downhill.

Walked in the store at 9:45 closed my order out at 9:50 stood at the counter until 10:06 waiting for someone to come take my payment. The entire time I was listening to the crew complain about how busy they were and asking if they should make people wait longer however this one little for lack of a better way to describe her Asian girl that was working tonight was busting her backside keeping up with all the orders well everybody else was standing around complaining someone needs to give that girl a raise
