Mexican pizzas gave myself and my child food poisoning that ended us in the hospital getting IV fluids— called & told the “manager” and she said “okay.” Didn’t ask what we had, what day & time it was ordered or any important details to be able to pinpoint the issue. Reported to the local Health Department!

I gotta say this was 1 of the worst fast food experiences I've had as far as service goes. My daughter ordered our food online & I had her send it to this Taco Bell due to everytime we order from the other Taco Bell, our food is never right or something is missing from the order. We thought we'd see if this one was any better. Well...no such luck. 1st we pulled in at 8:11pm. The drive thru had 1 at the speaker & 1 behind them. We moved up 1 spot kinda quick. It went to crap from there on. We sat there 10 minutes b4 we got to the speaker. Normally, at this point, I would've left if it hadn't already been paid for. They finally answered the speaker we told them we had an online order. They said to pull around. We finally make it to the window & let me tell ya, 1st let me say that there's certain jobs for certain people. The guy at this window, working the register & handing people their food, was not the person for that kind of job. He was a rather large fellow that was setting on his tale. He probably had to set by the look of him. We sat at that window a good 5 minutes or better. This guy didn't move hardly an inch! Then to top it all off, when he handed the bag of food out the window, he barely got it to us without it dumping it everywhere cause he wouldn't hardly move. He barely even turned toward us, much less raise up outta that chair, even an inch! My opinion, this isn't the kind of job for someone with those kind of issues. He would do better as a Walmart greeter or something where setting is more job appropriate. A fast food drive thru is not that! Come on management, you can pick someone more appropriate. Anyways, we finally pulled away at 8:31pm, 20 minutes later for an online order that u pickup at the drive thru. The ONLY positive thing about the experience was at least the food was all made right & good. Service on the other hand, needs some help for sure.

ABSOLUTE FILTH. Every table in the lobby was dirty - the whole place from trashed head to toe. Severely understaffed and long wait, and when we received our food we essentially were scammed because they did half portions on everything. AVOID AT ALL COST. Management should be fired, owners should be ashamed.

I've been there twice so far, and twice was too many. The first time I had bad service and the food was cold, and I thought it was just a bad day. I went back again today, and the food was just terrible again. The tacos were stale, they weren't wrapped correctly, and the fries were cold. I'm not going back again.

I ordered Chicken Quesadilla, Cantina Chicken Burrito, Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca, Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, Spicy Ranchero Crispy Chicken Taco . The drink was bitter. The burrito was not great and place was not clean. They also forgot to place guacamole for my order
Very very unprofessional with the truck drivers that run this country, I was trying to get some food because I'm hungry and I don't have a car to go through the drive through because I'm an over the road truck driver and the woman working on june 29th at 11pm was extremely rude and disrespectful to me just because I walked up and asked a question about getting some damn food.

Went through the drive through and ordered several items. Opened the bag to check the order down the road and we completely had someone else's order and far less than what was ordered. The only thing correct were the drinks.

First time we have dined in in a while and we were in for total shock. The filth we saw was shocking. None of the tables or floor had been cleaned in GOD knows when. The kitchen condiments area had food slung everywhere and the floor was awful, had not been swept in a while. Why aren't they cleaning as they go? This is a restaurant. It's a must to keep clean.
