I waited 15 to 20 minutes for my mobile order it said it was ready on the Taco Bell app the food was cold when i got it the need better management skills over there

so me and my 4 other girlfriends were driving from nashville to the beach, and we all ordered online the app. we went though the drive through with 5 mobile orders. the girl on the headset was then shocked and told us to come inside? we totally complied and came inside. we then overheard the staff talking about how difficult and hard of a task this was, right in front of us? i thought it was super rude. i’ve worked drive through and i’m currently a food server, so for me to leave this review it took a lot. so not only did we have to come inside for the inconvenience, but they blatantly talked about it infront of us? making us feel bad, when in reality, we placed online orders to make it easier than ordering 5 girl’s food through the drive through. We gave them atleast 10 minutes prior to arriving. the food was correct and tasted great, but the staff was not.THEN after missing two drinks, we went up to the counter to ask for them and they doubted that we even had drinks and was like oh whatever that’s fine and gave us cups. then they removed them from the counter infront of us?

I went through the drive through at about midnight. I ordered 5 taco Supremes and a crunch wrap meal with another taco supreme, cheese roll up and cinnamon twist. She rang up soft taco supreme so I went to correct it. The drive through line was building but not moving. I saw someone come out to give someone else a order they had messed up and asked to have it corrected and that the cinnamon twists were missing. I got a little bit of an attitude. When I received the order again, I was still missing the cinnamon twists and the man that replaced my order replied to me with "have a day." I wasn't being rude. But I was there for 40 minutes and the drive through line had moved one whole car. I understand fast food gets tough, but don't put off customers because you want to close the doors. Some of us are night time workers and taco Bell is the only place to go when you need something to eat.

I would have to say this was one of the worst places I've been to I know we all make mistakes but how can you make so many mistakes first we come in and we order sit down and waited 45 minutes when finally said something to the girl who actually gave us the drinks and new about our order said our cadr did not go throug so then we had to pay for our food when they could have been like hey can we help you with something or hate your car didn't go through I thought you were supposed to do that as soon as the order goes through but I guess I was wrong finally after getting our food after 45 minutes later half of our order was wrong then they were very rude to us it's not my fault y'all can't stop playing around in the kitchen to get the orders correct we understand if it was one of two things but it was just about the whole entire order so with all the bad food bad service in the disrespect showed that all y'all do is allow teenagers to play up there instead of working even the management was rude if you don't want to serve customers correctly then don't have a job there by the way the food sucked it was really nasty even after you remade it
Please pay attention more to the customers and to their orders and if you notice that the car payment didn't go through tell them immediately don't let them sit over there with two children and one with special needs very upset waiting on their food instead of playing pay more attention I've never been where I have never wanted to go to another restaurant I will never shut foot back in this Taco Bell ever again 😔

Went in to order and was told I had to order at kiosk after standing at counter for almost five minutes waiting to order. If I wanted to order at a kiosk I would have went through drive through.

Do they offer IEP’s at jobs? Because whoever was working 11/24 needs one. Paid extra for sour cream but got no sour cream. Asked for no tomatoes but ended up with tons of tomatoes. But they decided to try to make up for it by throwing someone else’s order of burritos in our bag. No one ate them. I don’t know why I ever have expectations from people who work at Taco Bell. There is a reason they work here. They can’t do anything else 😂.

I had the worst taco bell experience. Employees were rude not willing to remake my chalupa after they gave me the wrong order. The second time I ordered they did not make it the was I asked them to make,which was vegetarian no meat and they put meat in it and messed up the second time. After giving me wrong order and messing up my order employees didn’t even care to apologize and the kitchen was mess. I saw people handing food without gloves. Well that was not enough so when I ordered the third time I decided to go with cheese quesadillas and guess what they messed up again. Waisted my 1 hour. Customer service was awful. Never going to any Taco Bell again.

Please do not put refried beans instead of nacho cheese on double stacked tacos ever again. That is not what I pay for and it is certainly not your job to make food the wrong way. Hit the blunt and make it right. Not hard
